I called ahead to confirm if they could make time and we agreed on a date/time that worked. Upon arrival, the shop was jam packed with tons of cars. Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. The guys at J&E pulled through for me again. My car's engine was misfiring, causing a lot of issues. I dropped off my car on Monday. I got a call on Tuesday morning, where they clearly explained what the problem was and sent me an invoice breaking down the parts and labor required. I agreed, and by Tuesday late afternoon, I was able to pick up my car. They even fixed up some tubing on my evac system for no additional charge. Very RELIABLE and HONEST! This is the second time I've taken my car to Emad for its scheduled maintenance and I have no reason to ever take it anywhere else. Emad provided me with a clear and reasonable estimate, via email, for the service my car required and I was able to use the online system to easily schedule the appointment. I don't use J&E often because it is a far drive for me. But if something goes really wrong with any of my cars I will drive it there. This place is great. They are friendly and have fair prices. They will give you an estimate and stick to it if they can. I had my rotors replaced there and that is a pain. They have also handled my brakes and some other work. They get it done pretty fast, not the same day usually. They also work on some super old cars and those are fun just to see. They can do anything you need and they will find you the part and tell you if it is not worth it to do anymore to the car. They are good guys and you will like it there. It is not spotless, after all they work on cars. Last time I was there they had coffee that was pretty good. read more

Ahmad, the owner, took a look at my father's Toyota 4Runner and diagnosed it free of charge! You read that correctly. And this is after we took it to Toyota for the air conditioner issues we were having and they were quoting us $11,300! Came here for a brake fluid flush (bled all 4 brakes and the master cylinder). The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was much more affordable than getting it done at the dealership, and the whole job was finished in about an hour. Just make sure to call ahead for an appointment. Side note: A full brake fluid flush made a noticeable difference compared to just replacing the master cylinder fluid. With the flush, the pedal feels firmer, and I don't have to press it as far down as before. read more

I called about 3 other places locally and all of them said they couldn't fit me in today. I had taken my car to J&E in 2022 and had remembered they had treated me well so I called J&E and Emad said they could fit me in and finish today! It was around 10am when I called, then I got there at 10:30. They tested my old battery and showed me the capacity so I could see that it was below half. They replaced my battery and were done before 12 - just enough time for me to grab a quick bite down the street.
