1 Star I scheduled an appointment for my wife on Valentine's Day, and I made the appointment about two weeks in advance. What's crazy is they never followed up at all, no confirmation call, no courtesy message, nothing. I actually had to be the one to follow up. Then, after all that, they canceled the appointment at the last minute with no warning, no explanation, and no effort to make it right. What made it worse was the lack of professionalism afterward. When we asked for clarity, the staff was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. For a med spa, communication and professionalism should be held to a higher standard. Clients are trusting you with services that fall under medical-level care, and last-minute cancellations with no explanation, plus poor customer service, are unacceptable. After this experience, I looked them up and noticed they have a D+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which honestly lines up with what we experienced. Extremely disappointing. I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was far from relaxing. I had a facial with Andrea, who was very nice, gentle, and did a good job. Unfortunately, the constant sales pressure ruined the experience. I met with a salesperson both before and after my facial who tried to sell me a package of three hydration facials for $900. I'm no stranger to facials and have had many at luxury hotels and reputable spas, so $300 per facial felt extremely overpriced. I'm currently looking for a new esthetician since my previous one moved to Arizona, but this was not the experience I was hoping for. However, after spending a significant amount of money and time, there was no measurable difference. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I raised my concerns. Rather than addressing the issue or offering a reasonable solution, I was simply told that results vary from person to person. I understand that cosmetic treatments cannot guarantee results, but I believe clients should be given realistic expectations before investing in expensive procedures. They called me in the morning on 4/18 to confirm my 10am next day. About 2 hours later they called again to ask if they could move my appointment to 11am and I agreed. Eight hours later they called after 8pm to ask if I could come in the afternoon. The facial was great however when I asked Paul, the manager, about further services and pricing- he went right to-" Would I Qualify?" Yes I said I thought I would.. he asked if he could check my credit? I said OK as long as you weren't gonna go into it-so he checked it and you know I qualified and so we start talking prices and procedures and you're talking up to $9000. But that wasn't the worst of it. I get home in about a week later I get this care credit in the mail plus Experian Contacts me about the intrusion of this new $6000 taking up Room for other things we need like refrigerator or a new car or something like that. I did not give him any OK or go ahead to Set Me Up with Care credit and fuck with my credit card. Do not go to this jerk it's high-pressure all he wants you to sign up trying to find a weak link and for him to intrude on my financial, my personal finances, I never gave him the right to go ahead and set me up with credit cards. Now i'm thinking of blocking my credit access but my husband and myself. This will prevent jerks like him from doing that. only remember to unblock because I had friends who went to buy a car. They forgot they blocked it and it was embarrassing so if you go ahead and do block it and if you're gonna make a purchase - refrigerator wash and dryer make sure you unblock it so that they company can go into your credit and see. what are you gonna do with the dog while I'm there?ll read more

Personally I feel like I've been SCAMMED because the manger Paul never told me l was applying for a loan he used every every word but LOAN. Went here for the 1st time since they had a special and it was one of my worst decisions ever l got signed up to a payment plan that l was clearly told it would be coming straight out of my personal bank account but the manger Paul never mentioned to me that it was a loan. It was my fault believing he would be honest about everything instead of just giving me details about everything but the fact that it was a loan that I'm borrowing from that l have to pay back out of my bank account to the loan company. I didn't find out it was a loan until 4 days later and when l did l told him to his face that l was upset and that l wanted to talk to him after my session was done. When l was done he left for that day. I called front dest to set an appointment with him 2 days later and came the following day just to be told he took off for that day and front dest told me to come back on Saturday just to be told he doesn't work on a Saturday. Front dest reached out to me after l left to call him on 3 way just to be told he's on the phone and he'll call me back and l never heard anything from anyone by this time I'm so frustrated, I've wasted my gas, my time, my sleep, my peace of mind and I've only had 1 special visit and 1 session and I'm stuck owing the loan company $2,248 all because I trusted the manager word. His front dest employees don't make it any better setting up appointments for me to see him knowing he's not going to be there or call me if he's leaving and won't be there. Had the manger Paul told me this was a loan l would've nevered signed the deal and he blames it on miscommunication, we'll yes you didn't say it was loan. read more
