I enjoy the beauty of science and how science makes me happy and there is a beauty in that. I saw NWLL was starting bioTe i liked the science behind creating a supplement based on my personalized bloodwork. There was a process it is not a walk in walk out service, -Kinda the process- BioTe 1) get blood drawn 2) get results 3) a supplement will be made based on your needs 4) the supplement is placed under your skin it is about the size of a rabbit food pellet or 6-8 grains of rice. 5) NWLL will call you to see how your doing 6) you come back in and get blood drawn again 7) you review your bloodwork again Mine lasted around 3 1/2 months and While you're on the supplement you take two or three supplement vitamins orally as instructed by the nurse practitioner. When I looked up providers of bioTe most where at high end plastic surgery sites that require lofty coin and time. It was nice to not have to deal with that. While I did stop my Initial weight loss plan during a 3 1/2 months or so I was still able to maintain my body weight and build some muscle. BEWARE there are absolutely no refunds. I am out $800 for something I will never receive and time that was never spent on me. I would love to give this business zero stars. They push packages on you, so buy something every time you come in under high pressure. Then if you move or have some reason that you can never come back in, they tell you there is no refund at all. They do not explain this as they push more package on you, under the idea of savings, they just have you sign what seems like standard paperwork. I believe I started coming here the end of October, wanting to lose about 45 lbs. I quit eating so much sweets and fast food and I force myself to work out at least 30 min a day, even when I don't feel like it. Because of this and this program, I am more than half way to my goal. Super dissatisfied. I normally am not one to write a review but it needs to be done. I have been going to this center for quite some time now and I always tried to ignore things because my husband has known these people for quite some time. 1) they are always rude. Weight loss centers should be encouraging and motivating. They treat this like such a business, in and out with no encouragement. 2) I went in yesterday and I had to use the bathroom really bad. I always drink a ton of water and need to use the restroom (very quickly) upon arrival. I am always the first one there when the doors open so I am not interrupting the flow of business whatsoever. I got there and started walking toward the restroom the woman stopped me and told me I wasn't allowed to use the restroom until the services were rendered (that I already paid for). I had to go really bad and of course wanted to empty my bladder before the weigh in to get an accurate number. She straight up would not allow me to go. I begged and said that I worked so hard this week and really want an accurate weight number as well as having to go super bad. She was so rude and told me "just mentally subtract the number" I'm never one to press an issue but I really had to go so I asked a few more times and she would NOT let me no matter what I said. I truly couldn't believe it. I go here all the time and am always super kind and respectful and it takes me literally under a minute to pee and wash my hands. She was beyond rude about it. 3) they claim to be competitive with their pricing, I have now switched to NEWLIFE weight loss & wellness. There you get the same meds, TWO shots per week both B12 and lipo for $25 a week. Nirvana always pressured me to upgrade to the lipo shot for more money. I am so excited to start NEWLIFE and get way more bang for my buck and hopefully be treated well on top of it. 4) I did some research on the "fat burner" they give me. Everywhere says that you need to take 500mg for it to be effective for weight loss. They only give you 200mg tablets. This place lost my business and my husbands business forever. I just encouraged a few friends to join nirvana but now they are going with me to NEWLIFE. This business needs a serious turnaround. read more

I came here for the Vanquish ME treatments and for weight loss. I saw the billboard in the lobby, for the BioTE hormone replacement therapy pellets. It sounded amazing and just what I needed. Unfortunately, for me, it has caused constant bleeding and uterine pain. I found out that the hormones in these pellets are at much higher levels than my traditional HRT. I should of read up on this type of pelleted hormone therapy or talked to my doctor, before starting this therapy.
