I called back to ask for "PROOF OF DEBT". I was met with rudeness and was told "we are not sending you anything else because we already sent you stuff" I told her that I'm only trying to make sure I'm paying the correct people the correct amount. She continued to be rude towards me, so i asked for her supervisor. I was immediately met by hostility and irritation by the "supervisor". All i asked for was proof of debt via email. The supervisor denied it. I wish i could provide greater details, but it was all in her tone and tact. I'm trying to GIVE THEM MY MONEY, and she acted as if i was personally burdening HER, by requesting documents i have a LEGAL right to.
