(I have full coverage medical insurance, which was suppose to cover all medical appointments) the information given to my by the billing department did not match up to the information given to me by century credit. I called back to ask for "PROOF OF DEBT". I was met with rudeness and was told "we are not sending you anything else because we already sent you stuff" I told her that I'm only trying to make sure I'm paying the correct people the correct amount. She continued to be rude towards me, so i asked for her supervisor. I was immediately met by hostility and irritation by the "supervisor". All i asked for was proof of debt via email. The supervisor denied it. I wish i could provide greater details, but it was all in her tone and tact. I'm trying to GIVE THEM MY MONEY, and she acted as if i was personally burdening HER, by requesting documents i have a LEGAL right to.
