Example: recently I heard a noise that seemed unusual. I called Sam and he had his mechanic at my home within the hour. He needed the cart for a more detailed analysis and it was picked up later that day. The next day Sam called, cart was ready for return at my convenience. When delivered, Sam insisted we take a ride to confirm corrective measures were successful ( a loose screw ) and he was off..... no charge We're thinking of a second cart in the coming months and will not hesitate purchasing from Village Elite Golf Cars again.

Hello Villagers, My…read morewife, our dog Buddy Holly, and I are visiting your lovely community and wanting to enjoy the amenities...and pretend to be a local...we needed to rent a golf cart. Our friends who live here highly recommended The Villages Golf Cars for their service, so we went to the Showroom and we were greeted with a friendly welcome and made to feel like our friends were right...but soon our smiles faded because their rental they pulled up was nothing like what we just passed in the showroom. Actually, it was the polar opposite of what they present the TVC to be. Think of it this way...you go the local "Villages"Compact Mercedes dealer with an amazing showroom and lineup of quality cars...and you think to yourself this place has it going give us a cool rental for $450 per week...and then...the salesman pull up a drab green, Yugo 2-door, with a charger that didn't include the plug to plug the cart's charger in. "Really?" Two things...I regularly rent an Audi Q-Series for $400 per week from National and when I commented to the TVC salesman that I was extremely underwhelmed what this "Quality dealer provided...he basically said "it is what it is." We're going to be moving here soon and the $15k-ish I'll be spending for a Golf Cart won't be going to the Villages Yugo dealer. Welcome to the court of Public Opinion "Villages Golf Carts" because these aren't CARS. Regardless of the TVC issues, The Villages is lovely and we look forward to joining you community. Number one being service and we listened to our neighbors and bought one. We had a great guy (Steve) who sold us our golf cart. He was helpful and provided all the info we needed. Is it expensive here.....yes but hopefully if you need help or service or you need someone to get your golf cart no matter where it is, buying from the Villages kicks in.

We paid just under $20,000 for a new golf cart just eight months ago when we moved to the villages…read more We decided to relocate to Del Webb next to Disney and Pat McBride, the owner of Fairway golf cars, gave us advice on how to sell it ourselves. The short of it is we got $7500 less than we paid. Pat also found us a beautiful pre-owned golf cart in mint condition and offered to deliver it to us at our new home in Orlando - no additional charge. We paid $5600 for this beauty. If only I had found Pat when we moved here 8 months ago instead of going to The Villages Golf Cars and paying a fortune for a brand new cart that will lose nearly 40% of its value in the first year! This guy is so honest and stands behind his carts 100%. He has two excellent technicians to provide any service needs. Highly recommend!
