They arranged transportation from San Diego to San Francisco and made shipping relatively simple for such a large machine. I took delivery about a month ago and so far so good. They don't pick up the phone, won't call you back and have a horrible attitude. Being the first time we've tried to work together I'm beyond dissatisfied and I would recommend any contractor or home owner to visit the competition prior to giving these guys a chance. There's a reason they have little to no reviews and the ones they do have are poor. Lesson learned. Cost me a week in scheduling.
