It's really great. I love how they make thier nails. It's really pretty if you go check it out. I would definitely recommend it. 10/10. I like the vibe of it. It feels as feels asthetic. You should check it out some time. I find that most of the people in the salon are really nice and especially the lady at the counter and the one with the red hair. I've seen people say bad stuff about this place but it only depends on how busy they are. If you come some where around 5 pm-6pm because I find that it's less busy during that time. I came to One Stop Nail Spa because it is very close to my house and my sister recommended their pedicures. Since I don't have a lot of time or get pedicures very often I usually go to Spa La Posada or De Sanchez but the other places didn't have any availability after work for an appointment during the next two weeks and really wanted to get a pedicure today. Let me tell you, I am so glad I did. To start, the shop is clean. Everyone is wearing masks and they are sanitizing between customers. They didn't notice me come in but you just sign in and wait. I appreciated they were very focused on the customers they were already working on. Myself and another lady were waiting, then someone else came in wanting a pedicure but they made sure to take everyone in order. While I will admit there is a wait, as soon as they cleaned and sanitized the pedi massage chair, they set me down with some warm water and relaxing bubbles. On top of that, the massage chair was amazing so if I had to wait 30 minutes with my book and music, I was in pure heaven. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I selected the Royal with the Shellac and was treated to a wonderful experience by Helen, my pedicurist (not sure of the term here). The Royal included a massage and foot treatments that rivaled any of the spas I have been to. By the end of the treatment my calves and feet were glowing and I felt so relaxed. Helen also did an amazing job on my toes and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will warn people that on busy days expect a wait, and they only take walk-ins but if you are willing to wait you will be in for a treat. read more

I don't think I've ever taken the time to write a negative review online but my experience here was so bad, I thought I should offer fair warning. The staff was rude and the farthest from welcoming. This should've been my red flag. I called ahead to make sure they did dip but it seemed like the technician that did my nails had never even heard of it before. She didn't cut my cuticles, and only did 2 dips of color on most nails and then choose to do 3 on a select few so now some are see through, kinda like unintentional and unwanted ombré. I kept figuring she was going to fix it somehow but no. Then about 15 minutes into my nails, she told me the price had increased from $40 to $45 which was fine but then I heard them charge someone else $40 for the same service. I will start this by saying that I am not a Karen nor a diva. That said, I will no longer be returning to this place anymore. (I am a returning customer who has been going for years.) The last visit was terrible. The male nail tech was rude and in an obvious hurry. He left one of my toenails crooked and the polish chipped off in a few days. His IFGAF attitude was not appreciated. Today, I was in need pedicure and decided to go there, as the location is convenient. I had the nail chips on my lap and was picking out a color when a nail tech walked up and grabbed them off my lap without so much as a word. Then, another tech turned on the water and left to work on someone else. The water was so hot that I couldn't keep my feet in for more than a minute. The tub was filling with the water and was about to overflow when yet another tech came to turn it off, but not before rolling her eyes. (Sorry that I didn't know how to turn it off- I was concentrating on my HOT feet.) When my female nail tech (the same one accepting payments) came to sit down, she asked what color I wanted Gone were the nail chips and she shouted out "cherry red" without letting me see the colors I told her (as I do to anyone touching my feet) that they are sensitive. She couldn't have cared less. She pulled my feet and told me to relax several times. She asked me what was wrong a few times, as I winced when she pulled and handled my feet with little care. I asked for a deluxe pedi, but by the time forgot to het the hot wax, I didn't care. I was ready to leave. "BE CAREFUL," she loudly scolded as I got off the chair I came to get my feet worked on, not be treated as if they were doing me a favor. A free favor at that. I am tired of the staff's piss-poor attitudes. (I still tipped her, though she didn't deserve it.) I will look for a place where they treat paying customers well. I would get written up if I treated customers like so at my job. Shame on them. read more

Thought I'd give this place a try since I live so close. Online profile says they open at 9 am...they don't. Their door reads 10 am. I come back at 10:33 am drop off my daughter since they aren't many people and run a few errands. Come back at 11:43 and she is still sitting waiting for someone to start on her. let me start by saying that this is the BEST and i mean it, BEST nail spa i have ever been too! I recommend this spa very much! The first time i went here the lady at the counter name "helen" was very nice when taking my order and a guy named "ferrari" was super funny and kept making jokes! Another lady named "anna" was very good at doing my nails!! The vibe was really comfy and modern. I really loved how comfortable the massage chairs are. and when i was getting my pedicure, the bubbling water made me feel a taste of my childhood back then. The place was very very very clean and they were wearing masks and sanitizing every work station. At the end, I tipped 30 dollars, I totally recommend this place!! Alot of people on this website are insulting this but the reason for their low quality is because they are real humans and they can get tired too. Worst service ever. I only came to this place because it's 2 minutes from my house and I just needed to repair two broken nails. I got here 15 minutes before they opened and was the first to be seated to get serviced. I needed to soak my nails so if course I didn't mind others being attended while I soaked. However they took major advantage of the situation. I soaked for 40 unnecessary long minutes while many others got worked on. When I finally got attended to they did one step at a time alternating between who worked on me. Making up bs reasons as to why it was ok for me to wait "your nails are still wet" please. I liked this place until i noticed every customer gets a different price. The first time i went i got prices on refill and full set. Refill is 15 and 30 for full set. The time i went to get full set the guy asked me what price she had given me, so i told him 30. He then asked her (in another language) and she then said 35. I was surprised because she had given me a different amount so i figured tip was included. After i was paying the guy charging was pushing me to give a tip. I wasnt satisfied with the sloppy job because she was rushing and left glue under several nails. So 1) u keep your word and 2) tips are earned and 3). I stopped at this nail salon due to it's good reviews but sadly I cannot say I had the same experience. I had a gel French manicure done. I asked for the white to be wider so it would not grow out immediately and was told "it was good." As suspected within 2 days you could see my natural nail line. The tech also badly cut my finger and wiped the blood with his bare hands. For some reason the white tip on some of the nails had dimples similar to golf balls. It was not smooth. Got shellac nails with a nice lady that came out just fine. The pedicure the man, who never said his name, cut both of my big toes. I have never been cut before at a nail salon. He wasn't wearing gloves and his hands appeared dirty. He put alcohol on the cuts and had to wait until toes stopped bleeding to paint. Seemed like he rushed the paint job after that. My little toe had rubbed the other since I was moved immediately after painting but didn't notice until later but decided not to say anything since I didn't want him to keep touching my feet. read more

I have been here a few times since I moved to the Valley, but think I need to find a different place now. Took granddaughter with me while she was here from Japan in August 2016 and we both got pedicures and I got eyebrow wax. Pedicure was very rushed although there were at least 6 employees but only one other client. Still had cuticle on ties (picture is from day after pedicure). The nice girl doing my granddaughters toes had to remove and re-polish twice but her polish held up for about 3 days. Eyebrow wax was okay but he was rushed to get back to card game they were playing. Other visits were better so I gave a 3, but quality seems to be declining since I moved here in January. read more

I ended up with a nail infection from this place. Tools were not clean and they cut my toe nails very wrong. The wait was over two hours. I had to be on antibiotics for 14 days in order for the swelling to calm down. My toe stayed with a brown stain from the infection I got from this place.
