I…read morewas already familiar with the business from my parents buying dog food there when I was younger, so once we knew we'd be spending the whole summer in Montauk this year and would need to provide for our two young guinea pigs, I knew I'd want to do so through a local business and I contacted One Stop in advance of our arrival to order some supplies. They were helpful and efficient over the phone and made a special order from their supplier for what I would need so that it would be ready when I arrived, not requiring me to pay in advance. Throughout the summer I have visited several more times to stock up on hay for my piggies as well as some fun new toys and treats for them. Not all pet stores cater to small pets and I have been pleased with their reliable stock of what I need most (lots of quality hay, at the same price as the big chain stores) along with some fun extras. My young kids have been with me on most visits and have been treated kindly in the store, and the staff has always been helpful, organized and efficient. I will definitely continue to return to stock up for our piggies whenever we are on the east end!
