Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they handled Brady with such enthusiasm, care and patience - which my 100lb 'ish' Labrador appreciated as much as I did! Jennifer, the owner, was especially gracious. She shared fantastic advice on keeping Brady's coat looking its best and recommended some great grooming tools and products that I'm excited to try. It's always a pleasure meeting someone who truly understands the breed specific nuances of grooming show dogs and an experienced team that takes such pride in their work. I only wish we could have stayed longer to soak up more invaluable institutional knowledge! I even double-checked beforehand to confirm the cost, and everything was set and scheduled. The night before the appointment, we followed their instructions and adjusted our cat's feeding schedule. We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.

That's why we wanted a groomer that came to the house. Danny always looks like a little gentleman when he's done with the little seasonal bow tie that Teresa puts on him. Usually has most things in stock even hard to find items that you can't find in chain stores like Petco etc. , and one thing they have that doesn't exist in a chain store ---EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anything you need they're extremely helpful and happy to find or get. I had my dog training classes here, and that's how I started coming to this location; but I have to tell you the customer service from the store is unrivaled. If there's something you need, just call and check on it. They're happy to check in stock, They also have a website you can order through that too, 99.9% of the time what you're looking for is a stocked item,and on the rare occasion that it is not or you have an item as I did a special cat food recommended by the vet they did not have on the shelf they called another location, had it there for me the next day! I also have a bad back and I cannot carry large bags of dog food for my dog....put my back out once they had the food delivered to my house free of charge which is a service they offer as well; if I go to the store, they are happy to bring it to my car for me if needed.
