To our luck, the groomer, Ben, was able to squeeze us in the same day, and they even gave her a quick trim! He was very attentive during the consult, and she came out so cute. We knew that our pet was in good hands when he'd explained to us that they don't perform anything that our pet is uncomfortable with or doesn't like! We didn't mind paying extra since our dog is always in the yard and tangles very quickly! When leaving, we booked appointments for the remainder of summer with the friendly reception! We also gave her Trazodone to help ensure she would be calm and relaxed for the grooming. I took time off from work to be home for the appointment, only to receive an email about 30 minutes beforehand stating there would be an additional $100 "handling fee." I never saw the email in time, and no one called or texted to discuss it. Instead, no one showed up for the appointment. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and consideration for my time was extremely disappointing. After confirming the price, preparing our pet, and taking time off from work, I expected much better customer service.
