Then when he thought maybe he had it he went back inside, went to the counter and waited for the same clerk to turn around.... which he did not. Then my boyfriend said "ok so can I get $20 on pump #1?" No response. He repeated himself... nothing. He tried to get his attention again. NOTHING!! The clerk for whatever insane reason literally would not turn around?!!! My boyfriend gave up and went outside again. Luckily there was a lady in scrubs on pump #2 who saw what was going on and she came over and offered up her credit card so he could get gas. She didn't even care how much as long as he had enough to get where he needed to go but he insisted on stopping at $5. So to that beautiful human I want to say thank you because my boyfriend was literally almost in shock after how that freak of a clerk treated him. Again, thank you.
