DO NOT get your haircut here ever!!! This is my husbands second time here. 1st time the haircut was great! Second time around she cut a bald spot on my husbands head and when confronted she disagreed right away and said it was a scar! It's very interesting because the last time he got a hair cut from them there was No scar and bald spot. Theresa is her name! She refused to take fault and screamed at her colleague to come over and said you see a scar right???? This is definitely not how you run a business and tell people they're wrong when it's clear in the picture that she made a mistake and shaved a bald spot on the side of his head. Here's the thing we didn't ask for any money back nor did we want anything free from her. But the fact that she denied ever doing that and actually causing a scene is by far ridiculous. Today I wanted a hair cut & usually drive for a 1/2 hour to my regular place but decided to check out this place. Very happy with the cut. She asked how i like my hair and I told her exactly what I wanted and she cut my hair the exact way I wanted it - she also reminded me to let her trim my eyebrows. I went in for a haircut and my hair dyed she fried my hair and I have curly hair and it is cut so uneven and my hair looks awful you could no longer tell I had any curl at all I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I also got my nails done and the fingernail polish was already chipping away after 2 days the only thing that was done nicely and look good was my toenails so I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody read more

The ladies did an awesome job. $65 for a haircut/style, and then I had my hair done platinum blonde. I was VERY nervous. I've been going here for many years and I couldn't be more disappointed in them today. Today my husband and son arrived there at 6pm which on line it says they close at 7pm to be told they are closed. Also I called them at 5:45 pm to make sure they would be open. So when my husband called me to tell me they were closed I called again and one lady said to tell my husband to come to the door. So I called my husband back and told him to go and when he did the lady their refused to open door and told them to come back Monday. I can't believe this. Such a horrible thing to do to your very frequent customers. Never again will my husband or any of my 5 boys be getting hair cuts here again. You guys just lost my business. read more

Was in desperate need of a hair coloring and trim. Called and was told I could get in same day. Stopped by after work. I believe it was the owner who helped me. Sooo sweet and helpful. I had dark brownish/black box dyed hair with about 4 inches of natural lighter brown color grown out (plus hairline greys) and just wanted it looking better thru the awful transition. After a consultation she suggested blonde highlights to blend. She and the other people working in the salon were quick, kind and professional. Was in and out in an hour and a half with a cut, highlights and super cute styling. I could not love my new look more. I will for sure come back again and will highly recommend for anyone looking for great service and a very fair price. Thank you ladies!!! read more

Stopped in for a color and trim. Ended up with a much darker color than I had picked out. Sat in the chair for over an hour before it was washed out. The cut looks nice but I have dye all over my forehead. I could have done that at home. I expected a bit more from a salon. They would have let me leave that way too had I not asked if they had anything to remove it. But no amount of scrubbing and color remover is taking it out. It looks like an at-home color job now. Very disappointed. Hopefully I can use foundation to cover it up some. read more

they had two different ladies doing my nails even after I said I only want one person. the young girl does not know what she is doing. she made my finger bleed even after i told her its bleeding and hurts. to top it off the sign says nothing about charging an extra 5 dollars if you want the length of your nails long. the experience was the worst ever. I suggest you go else where. I also had them cut my sons hair and asked for a short fade and all they did was cut all his hair off. read more
