I've had kind and talented stylists highlight and color my hair for 20 years and never encountered someone so rude. She was very condescending about the fact I had previously highlighted and demi "stained" hair (like half of American women), did not listen and insistent that she knew exactly what needed to happen. I'm a humble gal...I went along with it despite having the urge to walk out mid foil and now I'm out $150 for a streaky brassy yellow mop with a mediocre haircut. I'd ask her to correct it rather than leave a poor review but she was so rude I'd rather go to Sallys.

The end result was yellow spots all over my hair and alot of breakage :/ I told her I was extremely unhappy with it and that it needed to be fixed. But, I decided I did not trust her with my hair so asked for a refund but she only gave me a partial refund. I am pretty upset overall and my hair is fried. It doesn't seem like she has any idea of how to work with bleach.

When I reached out letting her know I was trying to do something a little different and that I was a bit disappointed with my results, she ghosted me. Upon seeing a new stylist, they alerted me that she should have let me know what to expect when trying to bleach your hair when you have permanent black color on it and probably warned me against it. I'm glad I found someone new that I trust & that they were able to fix my hair. The supposed highlights came out really bad & looked strippy/striped, brassy & red. I explicitly said I did not want red so obviously I was not pleased. The work I've seen done at the salon has always been nice but this experience was really disappointing especially because I've always tipped well and been a good client and I feel like I just threw $200 in the garbage... plus the amount of money I had to spend at another salon fixing the hair. I also felt like $100 for a root touch up that didn't even cover all my gray hair was a little much. Overall, disappointing & don't recommend.
