Lady locks is a full service salon that offers a wide range of services. I have been going Kristi for waxing, facials and spray tans for years. Kristi is great lets face it getting a brazilian wax is not a very pleasant experience but she is very easy going and makes you comfortable during the whole process. She's perfected the process and I'm in and out in less then a half an hour and does a very good job. She is also very good at eyebrow waxing. I had an eyebrow mishap and she spent months reshaping them to my liking. I really like the stripless wax she uses. I have been waxed both ways and feel that it gets the job done better then any other way. I have recommended Kristi to my friends and will continue to do so! I've had my hair done by Amy she's great! Nails it every time. It's hard to find someone who can make you love getting your hair done and even more love it right off the bat. She's very professional and is great at what she does. My first time at the salon. I made a last minute appointment for a full facial wax and since there was an opening, I also got a trim. Kristi gave me the best wax I've ever had. Usually there are a few stray hairs, but not this time. Slightly more painful than my other experiences, but the results were worth it. (No point getting a wax if it's not a clean job.) Ashley gave me a trim. Technically, it's a very good cut, I just wasn't sure if the style was 'me'. However, I had totally left it up to her & knew I was taking a risk. It's just hair, it will grow back. So, I was still wondering how I felt about it until DH saw it & he loves it! The salon is cute with its own style. A little vintage; a little retro, a little hip. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. Very reasonable prices for quality service. I will definitely be back. (The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I NEVER give 5 stars. Lady locks salon is a new salon in Troutdale. I am absolutely 110% impressed with this salon! The moment you walk in the door you get a friendly warm welcome from one of the girls, the salon is very clean, organized and gives off an inviting, positive vibe. Amy; my hair stylist is UHH--MAZING!! I will never trust anyone else with my hair. Rachel..Another amazing talented lady is amazing at waxing and facials. She is a perfectionist when it comes to waxing! She gets every last hair, even the small ones you can barely see :) I just recently received a facial from Rachel and was far more than pleased with it! I went to Lady Locks for the first time today and I do believe I am now a lifer. For starters, I called them this morning asking about coming in today and even though it was super short notice, they made an appointment for me to come in today. When I got there, the place was cute and comfy. A good cross between casual and professional and fun. The cut I wanted is a challenging one and I was InCREDibly Impressed with Kayla for taking the time and asking questions to get a Really Good understanding of what Exactly I wanted. Then, with the wave of her magic scissors, She Delivered!! I Absolutely Love what she did! I have gone to several different hairdressers looking for this 'do but this is the 1st time that I have been 100% satisfied with the end result. Amy is absolutely amazing! A true artist when it comes to hair. She once again did such an amazing job on my hair! I feel like my spunky self again. No more soccer mom hair :) My husband was glowing like we had just met when i walked in the door. He LOVES it! And I as well am happier than i have been in years after getting rid of my mop :) Another thing that I love is the color. The gals at Lady Locks know how to run a salon! They're so fun and friendly, you feel like you're hanging out with friends, rather than having your hair done. Brooke has been doing my hair for almost 10 years, and I've literally NEVER been disappointed. She always does my hair exactly how I ask, and is always interested in what I have to say and how I am doing. The salon is very clean and airy, and the decor is vintage and absolutely adorable, it fits perfectly with the personality of the girls who work there. Everyone who works there is very up-to-date with current hair trends, but what's nice is that they can still do the classics. Very versatile! I have had my hair done by Amy Davis for about 5 years. She is fantastic. Love love love her. I recently got extensions put in, She matched my hair perfectly to them.
