This place almost killed my sister They inspected her car but failed to properly secure the hood. As she drove on highway 10 minutes after leaving this incompetent place the hood flew open obstructing her view. Thankfully she was able to safely get off road. Manager said he never touched hood while doing the inspection hmm. He offered to replace hood without admitting guilt. Who inspects a car without opening hood. Be aware. read more

I got pulled over back in 2021 and they impounded my car behind the shop when I went there they wanted me to pay about $900 it was only about 3 days but went by I live in Plymouth my new right at the end of town is where it got impounded from It took them no longer than 5 minutes to get there they wanted me to pay for just a tow $650 for when it gotten pounded plus about $25 a day understandable so when I couldn't pay I sold them the car I went back a couple months later wondering if they could at least tell me where it went cuz I had stuff in it that I needed they never would release the information of where they sold the car to a junkyard come to find out I heard from a friend but he had seen my car 4 months later driving around they fixed my car up because of the reason it was impounded was I had no back windshield and the brakes had given out I bought the car used of course so I didn't have time to get it all fixed right as it was happening but the moral story of this is they said they had no record of my car how is it you have no record of my car but it was impounded there made no sense to me and this is coming from another mechanic I went to school for mechanics for about 4 years we are required to keep records even if the car is something simple as a brake job we have to keep records of it cuz it's been in our shop and if something happens we need to be able to prove that it wasn't on us or if it was something on the parts manufacturer so where are the records of my car this place is horrible don't take your cars there a day or scam artist and I would never trust him with my life read more

My wife and I broke down out on 81 after hitting a pothole and blowing a tire. One Stop's rollback came and picked us up. We explained to Rick that we were traveling thru the area and were hours from home. He found us a matching tire, got it mounted up and balanced 15 minutes after the replacement tire arrived. Gas line on my vehicle was leaking. Dropped my vehicle off and they repaired my gas line with a rubber tube splice and two clamps and charged me $125.00. About less than a month later it began leaking . This created a dangerous flammable situation. I stopped at the first service station I could find. They repaired it for me and charged$25.00. The mechanic there said that whoever repaired it previously used the wrong type clamps that is why it started leaking again and caused a dangerous situation. read more
