I recently moved to the Petaluma/Santa Rosa area and I've been looking for a new local smoke shop…read more I've tried a couple others in the area, but it always seems like they're just trying to get you to pay the highest price for the worst items they've got. This place is different. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Yunus, the gentleman working behind the counter. He immediately clocked me as a first time customer and made sure to come over to show me some glassware options. When I declined the first couple for various reasons he didn't push, he just went back to the wall to grab a new one that fit my specifications. When he pulled the one that met all specifications down I assumed he was going to upcharge since he knew that's the one I wanted. But no. He smiled once he realized he had found the one I was looking for and gave me a little first timer discount! We continued chatting whilst he helped me find a small grinder and a bag for my new glass piece. He showed me how the odd little grinder works and helped me find a bag that would fit the piece perfectly! Cant say enough about the kindness that Yunus showed me! If you're looking for a smoke shop anywhere near the Petaluma area, this is the spot for you! Ask for Yunus and hopefully he'll take as good care of you as he did of me! Thanks Yunus! Be back soon!

I called back again later to get an update and was told they(Including the owner) do not have access to the security camera footage. The next day I called again and spoke directly with the owner who revealed that he did in fact, have access to the footage. However, He stated that the cameras do not face the register. When I returned to the store, I saw very clearly (On the giant TV screen behind the register) that one of the cameras does directly face the register. They also Both claimed there was no surplus cash in the drawer, providing me with two different totals. More Incriminating lies. It was a simple mistake that could have been solved very easily. Unfortunately, it has now escalated. I have a witness and documentation of the transaction, and I am currently filing a formal claim. Extremely disappointed in this business. Customers should be very careful -- they do not stand behind honest transactions and will make excuses rather than fix a simple mistake. Not cool man..
