When I switch to take the photo as you can see he's looking at me with contempt for what reason i have no idea. He was not helping me nor should his focus have been on me. But it's menacing and unwelcoming and makes me want to not come to the location. It's depressing and sad to get this type of energy from customer sales people in 2022. Everywhere I looked was selling live edge wood for a freaking fortune. So when I came across Lumber Logs online, I was super excited! They had a fantastic selection, and they were also having a 25% off sale. Bonus, they were just 6 miles away from our house, going north on Kingshighway. The guys there are SO nice and friendly. Also, they love dogs! I got to see lots of pictures of their puppers. They told us to bring our pup next time, as they are very dog friendly. They're only open 9-11am the first and third Saturday of the month, and other days by appointment. They said they're often there other Saturdays. They don't deliver but they will cut to size. You can tell they love what they do, and they are very knowledgeable. We got some gorgeous cherry wood, five slabs of 5 feet long, a foot deep...all for under $400 with tax. I can't wait to work with these highly recommend this place!!

They are very fast in getting someone to my house and their service is also very fast and efficient. Both times someone had gotten everything done in less than twenty minutes. Lately I've had to replace a deadbolt and locking door knob to our garage and instead of waiting for a house call I decided to bring the pieces to their actual location to be done - our garage couldn't be locked and it couldn't wait. I called and was told they could do it on the spot, but they closed at three. I got there at 2:30, was greeted with two smiles from the two people there and bing, bam, boom, not even 15 minutes later I was off with a new door knob, new deadbolt, and both keyed to the same master key. Not only that but it all cost pretty much less than a deadbolt/knob combination at any hardware store. I am too happy with the service I received from Abiding all three times and I can't wait for the security of my home to be in jeopardy again so I can call them up and use their services once more.
