My experience was 100% positive. From the minute I walked through the door, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They never rushed me, encouraged me to take my time and even offered to refill their sampler tanks if I wanted to take more than the usual half dozen or so puffs on the testers. My only gripe is that some of their flavor names are a little random, give no indication of what the flavor will actually be, but when I told them the flavor profiles I like they were able to make several spot-on recommendations. Side note: if you like richer flavors, Jack's Cracker and Donut Shop are awesome! In addition to wanting to try some new flavors, I also needed a new battery. Olivia took the time to really listen to what I wanted and what I didn't want, and she picked a great one for me. She got everything set up, explained what she was doing as she did it, and made sure to tell me that I could come back if I had any questions or problems in the future.
