Called the store and nice lady said it was no problem, just bring it in to exchange. Returned about 8pm, same day, owner was at register and I explained I had already spoken to someone and just needed an exchange, he was VERY rude about the situation (I didn't even mention the bar was counterfeit) and embarrassed me in front of a whole line of customers. I just wanted an exchange for the defective item they sold me. I won't be back.
