Dustin is very professional and very thorough, he accommodated my schedule and explained the process and access he would need prior to arriving so there were no surprises. He was very respectful of our property and took great care during the inspection to ensure everything was left as he found it and worked safely being the inspection required him to access the attic and roof. Once the inspection was completed he took the time to review any items of concern and how they would need to be addressed. He also emailed the complete reports including photos and emailed copies to our insurance carrier to ensure there were no delays or gaps in the process. All cost were invoiced online with payment options online as well. I will definitely use Oceanside Inspections again in the future and recommend them to family and friends...

I do not recommend this company. Tim Bickel himself does not have a Florida Home inspection…read morelicense. He does not tell the clients that he uses a License of his associate. The Problem is that his associate is BLIND and cannot do the inspection himself. It is a scheme to mislead clients into believing that they are paying the licensed inspector. The associate just signs the Reports without ever seeing the property. Mr. Bickel clearly is not qualified to do inspections because he missed so many issues, costing $20k in repairs. I am not the only one falling victim to this scheme. Just read other people's reviews. I am surprised that Mr. Bickel is allowed by the State to conduct such activity.
