Why bother having a professional driver rewards program if it isn't going to work? I try to use it every time at the pump and always get some sort of error when I enter my number. I have called the 800 number and been in the store two different times and all I get are excuses. The pump specifically has a question asking me to enter my number but the clerks inside say it's not supposed to. I'll just buy my fuel somewhere else if you can't get it fixed read more

This place is gross. First time I went I was the only one in line and had to wait because no one was at the counter. When someone did come to take my order she insisted on taking my name, even though again, only person in line. Soda machine was dirty, sauces were empty. I sat down and 30 seconds later my name was called. I had been asked 3 times if I was dinning in but that didn't stop them from giving me my order to go. I should have taken the hint. There were so many flies I literally could not eat for having to swat them away. Next time around I went to the drive through. Ordered my food, got to the window and first thing I'm asked is to give my order again. During the brief moment I'm talking I can see two flies coming into my car. Seriously, what is with all the flies? Give my order and the girl tells me it will be a minute on the fries would I mind pulling ahead into the parking lot. I tell her I don't mind but would it be okay if I just wait since there isn't anyone behind me. I'm told no, I have to pull ahead because I'm running up her transaction time sitting here waiting. Waiting, for her, to complete my order. So I acquiesce and pull ahead. I wait for about 5 minutes which is fine. When she emerges from the building with my order she immediately lights a half smoked cigarette and comes over to apologize for the wait, it suddenly got busy inside and my food has been sitting on the counter (where, presumably it wouldn't have been had I not been asked to pull away from the window). And then I had to walk back in to get sauces and napkins. Twice is enough. There is another presumably cleaner friendlier Arby's just two more exits up. read more

Fairly clean location. They offer showers for travelers. There is an attached Arby's who's cleanliness is very questionable. Very good location, right off of I-75 with easy access to the highway. read more

We were on a road trip, coming down from Chicago and needed to shower so that we could get to Stone Mountain state park, GA. We stopped here and saw they had the showers, so we gave it a shot. My wife and I got two separate showers, and boy did we expect the worst! But going into the shower room, it was very clean. Towels placed nicely - clean towels. It was like a higher end hotel bathroom/shower room. You have lots of space, and everything is modernized. They're not timed either, so you can take as long as you like. Overall, if you're passing by and need a quick shower or to just freshen up - even if you want your own bathroom. It's $12! Give it a go, you won't be disappointed. read more

Finally took my daughters to Arby's cuz they have been wanting a RUBEN -- They didn't have any - not serving them at this location although while we were sitting there eating - a radio commercial played very LOUD --- saying buy a RUBEN............................ very disappointing and there were so many flies in this place - i was afraid to have my food uncovered............ Used to be good quality but the last few times I've gone... food has been cold. Went today, no honey mustard, didn't get the Arby's Sauce I asked for but got ketchup instead. The chicken fingers were cold. The large curly fries weren't even filled halfway and when I tried to eat them they were cold and rubbery and tasted like they weren't even cooked all the way!
