    **Review for Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff**…read more I purchased a Tundra and have been consistently using Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for all my service appointments because I prefer to have all work done at the dealer because there is more consistency and accountability. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for their exceptional service and friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for all my vehicle needs!

I was very kind in the beginning but I felt like they had room to pay around. No one tried to help at all, just get in, get out. They work based on commission and aren't willing to work with you they just want their money. I pay for insurance every month, only for them not to use it? Hallie Hepler claimed to have called 3 times and said my insurance denied me. The owner of the vehicle called 3 times, and Cody at Endurance said, "Yeah, just have them call me." On our end, they were willing to pay for it. Hallie Hepler said, "Maybe they won't accept it because you broke it." I was getting into a vehicle, and it fell out of my hand. I didn't smash it with a hammer nor purposely throw it on the floor. This was told to Cody and he says " It doesn't matter, we still cover it" I was given no options when i got to the dealer, just pay and get out!! Now I have to do more work on my end, just because they didn't want to go through insurance. Thanks for making my life more difficult!!!!! The worst customer service ever, you guys suck!!!!!!!!!!! Please at least freaking try to help people!! Maybe you shouldn't work in customer service, its the people like you who ruin the good.

I should start by saying that I did plenty of research upfront, so I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and the price range. My salesman Colt Jensen worked closely with me to go through the test drive, vehicle review, etc. Very friendly and efficient. Once we worked through the pricing I needed to meet with the finance manager, Miguel Tinoco. Again, great experience. All paperwork reviewed and signed quickly and efficiently. One of my best experiences buying a car and I would highly recommend a trip to Findlay Hyundai and be sure to ask for Colt.

    I took my 2021 Hyundai Kona to Findlay Hyundai in Prescott, Az to correct a front end alignment…read moreproblem which caused my car to drift to the right. I had previously taken my car to Discount Tire in Cottonwood, Az where after selling me two new tires they could not fix the problem. At Findlay Hyundai my car was kept for 3 days for diagnostic inspection. A Findlay, provided me with a comprehensive list and told me I needed to have a Rear sub frame replaced because it was bent causing my car to drift to the right. Cost of the new sub frame was $2,400 plus labor. I declined the repair. I took my car to Jim's Alignment & Brake Service in Prescott. I provided the technician the paperwork from Findlay Hyundai and asked if they could verify the damaged sub frame. After and hour I received a telephone call to come pick up my car. The technician told me they had checked my car and determined that the sub frame was fine and did not need to be replaced, They informed me the steering angle sensor was slightly off and corrected the problem. They suggested I get new tires for the front end. Total cost for fixing my problem was $93.00. I then took my car to Discount Tire in Prescott and they replaced both front tires for $277.00. My car problem was fixed. Total cost of fixing my car was under $400 as compared to Findlay Hyundai which wanted to sell me a new sub frame alone for $2,400. I saved $2,000. I won't be taking my car to Findlay Hyundai anymore and cannot give them even a one star rating, Jim's Alignment and Discount Tire receive a 5+ rating . Please be aware of what service is being requested and get a second opinion. It could save you lots of money.

I started…read morereaching out to dealerships regarding a 2026 C8 Corvette and this was the only dealership that was responsive, transparent, and easy going. 1) All the of the negotiation was done with Chris - through text. He gave me a fees sheet showing exactly what would be charged. The only thing that was included as a tint package already installed but he was upfront about that. There were other options, but they were obviously optional and were not included and I made sure to tell them it was not something I was interested in. Every other dealer I talked to added LoJack or something else I found no value in, immediately in to the sale, and stated that it was "mandatory". 2) When I asked for a video walkaround, he gave me one right away. Other dealers in California just never got back to me. 3) We came to an agreement on the trade-in price with very minimal back and forth, and the value was fair. 4) Gave my information by text so 90% of the paperwork was finished by the time we got there. Made the 4 hour trip from Las Vegas, test drove, and waited a minimal amount of time to go to finance. 5) Leon in finance was friendly and very upfront with everything such as rates, extended warranty options, etc. 6) Chris took the time to sign me up with the Chevy app, and made sure On-Star was working. 7) Rob (Internet Sales Manager) was obviously busy but kept checking in on us every so often. The experience was clean and as good as a car deal could be. I would recommend any one in the Prescott area (or Las Vegas for that matter) to come here for a purchase. Matt Sylvester is the Internet Manager that used these deceptive tactics probably following the direction of the Stealership executive team.

From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. I worked with Dalton, and not once did I feel like I was being "sold" a car or pressured to make a purchase. I fully understand that this is a business and dealerships exist to make money--but every dealership in the world could learn something from how Dalton and Planet Jeep treat their customers. My daughter has been with me for my past several car purchases, and she has often said she never wants to deal with salespeople because of the typical experience. Dalton proved that not every dealership or salesperson fits that stereotype. Dalton didn't just help me purchase my Jeep, he helped me find a dealership and a salesperson I feel 100% confident returning to in the future. I also want to recognize Dominic in financing.
