**Review for Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff**…read more I purchased a Tundra and have been consistently using Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for all my service appointments because I prefer to have all work done at the dealer because there is more consistency and accountability. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. Just yesterday, I needed to get some work done on my truck, and they were incredibly accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They understood my time constraints while I was in Flagstaff and managed to complete the job within the promised timeframe, which I truly appreciated. The staff at Findlay Toyota is one of their standout features. Every interaction I've had has been marked by their friendliness and willingness to help. They go above and beyond to ensure that customers feel valued and well taken care of, which makes a significant difference in the overall experience. However, there is one area that could use some improvement: the workstations. It would be incredibly beneficial if they could provide "working power outlets" at the workstations so that customers like me can plug in and power our laptops while waiting. This small addition would enhance the convenience factor and allow for a more productive wait time. Overall, I highly recommend Zack and Findlay Toyota of Flagstaff for their exceptional service and friendly staff. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them for all my vehicle needs!

After gifting our son our faithful 9 year old Subaru Forester with 120,000 miles, my wife and I…read morerecently found ourselves in the market for another car. Despite a good history with our previous Subaru, we expanded our search to include similar vehicles including the Toyota RAV4, Mazda CX50 and Honda CR-V. We began our search looking for a late model used car but also considered new vehicles. After many hours of internet research and multiple trips to local dealers, we settled on the Forester and the Rav4 as the best choices to suit our needs. We usually make every attempt to shop locally whenever possible, so we started with Findlay Subaru Prescott and were helped by Gabe Maciel. Gabe was the consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, informative, and was never in any way "pushy" in the way that car sales people can be. He was happy to show us anything we wanted without complaint or impatience. Our relationship with Gabe continued over the course of several days because we were also looking at other cars at other dealerships. Gabe was always professional, patient and customer service focused. Although we did not travel to Phoenix, we did shop the Phoenix market online for target vehicles, and we had a few conversations with sales people concerning pricing and availability of potential cars. Furthermore, a friend had just days before our purchase, traveled to Phoenix to purchase a similar make and model as our target vehicle. With his purchase information in hand, I felt I had good inside information as to Phoenix pricing. Ultimately, we decided to pursue the purchase of a new Subaru Forester at Findlay Subaru Prescott if we could secure a fair deal. Initially, the car we were most interested in, was missing a feature we considered essential, so we left the dealership and went home to continue our online search. Almost as soon as we walked in the door, John Ward the Findlay sales manager called and assured us that he could easily install the feature we wanted and sell the car to us at a price we would find competitive. He impressed upon us his desire to sell us the car and keep the sale local if at all possible. He assured us that he wanted the sale and would do all he could to sell us the car at a fair price. We agreed to return to the lot for further conversation. The next step in the process is the one I do not like, negotiating the deal in a salesman's office. I was expecting a stressful hour of high pressure sales tactics but was instead offered the car that we wanted, with the desired option installed by Findlay, at a significant discount from MSRP. Mr. Ward was very "matter of fact", professional, friendly and polite. There was still a little "back and forth" negotiation which was a little stressful but in the end we ended very close to his original discounted offer. What usually transpires next is another stressful experience with the "Finance Guy" in the back office, which is usually an opportunity for the dealer to sell you a host of other things you probably don't need. Instead we met met Mr. Pauly Meyers who was the most unassuming and low pressure "Finance Guy" I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. He did offer us a whole host of things to buy for our new car, and was happy to explain in detail any of them, but Mr. Meyers did not pressure us in any way to buy anything else for our car. He was as personable, friendly and professional as the rest of the team at Findlay Subaru. It's difficult to accurately evaluate different deals from different dealers, so therefore difficult to compare my deal with the one my friend received from the Phoenix dealer, but I believe them to be comparable. Some car dealers sell a car at an attractive price but then tack on fees for dealer installed options you don't want (that they almost will never remove), all sorts of things sold by the finance team in the back office, and sky high loans offers and insurance. It's nearly impossible to compare deals between different dealerships and different buyers. In the end it comes down to the attitude and personality of the dealership. If the dealer you visit is laser focused on making a sale, takes every opportunity to sell you a car jacked up with all kinds of stuff you don't really want, constantly badgers you for the sale, constantly sends you endless texts, email or phone calls, be careful! You are dealing with people who have ONLY THEIR best interest front and foremost in their mind. Other dealerships are happy allowing YOU to decide what you want and need, happy to provide information when YOU ask, happy to provide test drives when YOU are ready, happy to sell you what YOU want, and when YOU want it. To me, that is the mark of a well managed, professional dealership. Findlay Subaru Prescott is that sort of dealer, they provide you with the service and information so you can decide what is best for YOU and YOUR family. Thank you Gabe, John and Pauly

First thing I noticed is the temporary tag and registration had a wrong address. Second thing I noticed is that the last few items I signed had yet another address on it!!!! Brought that to the attention of the sales guy and he stated he would have it corrected. (Poor execution).Didn't happen, and here is why dealerships get bad reviews..... 7/20 come around and I'm now driving on an expired temporary plate. Call the sales guy because the finance guy didn't return my call. Sales guy said "oh the car needs to have an emissions test!!! (They failed to have it done before delivery) "Run it through emissions and we will send you a plate"!!! I paid a document fee that covers these things (fact). He said " I'll send you a coupon" for the cost. Coupon never arrives so he sends me another 30 day temp tag. He did resend a second coupon for the emmissions......to the correct address!!!! (Good job) however, the coupon had an expiration date of 5/2025. So I get it emissions on my dime and my time. Send him a copy and told him I would process the plates myself and they could refund the frivolous charges back to me. And cancel gap insurance I don't want it. (Never received confirmation of this cancellation). Welp.....they did process the plates the exact day after I got it Emmissions......but I never received a plate. So here we are 9/8 and I go to DMV and pay another fee to have a new plate issued.....WHITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Did I mention-I am a licensed and bonded dealer. And for this group to do business this way is beyond comprehension. They have no respect for anyone's time or money. Unfortunately for them this is escalated to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. Out of respect I did not mention the name of the sales guy or the finance guy.

He gave me a fees sheet showing exactly what would be charged. The only thing that was included as a tint package already installed but he was upfront about that. There were other options, but they were obviously optional and were not included and I made sure to tell them it was not something I was interested in. Every other dealer I talked to added LoJack or something else I found no value in, immediately in to the sale, and stated that it was "mandatory". 2) When I asked for a video walkaround, he gave me one right away. Other dealers in California just never got back to me. 3) We came to an agreement on the trade-in price with very minimal back and forth, and the value was fair. 4) Gave my information by text so 90% of the paperwork was finished by the time we got there. Made the 4 hour trip from Las Vegas, test drove, and waited a minimal amount of time to go to finance. 5) Leon in finance was friendly and very upfront with everything such as rates, extended warranty options, etc. 6) Chris took the time to sign me up with the Chevy app, and made sure On-Star was working. 7) Rob (Internet Sales Manager) was obviously busy but kept checking in on us every so often. The experience was clean and as good as a car deal could be. I would recommend any one in the Prescott area (or Las Vegas for that matter) to come here for a purchase. My opinion - as long as you're pretty direct with them, just state that's all you want in return, and it should be smooth sailing. Thanks again Casa!

Quick lube had only one truck and it was not getting an oil change. Nothing else going on. I believe Shane was the one running the quick lube and was helping the customer with his diesel truck. Another employee asked what I needed and I said just an oil change as I am passing through and I do oil changes every 5000 miles. On my trip I won't make it back to California before the oil life monitor reaches 0 percent as I was already at 21 percent. He said the lube shop was closed but if Shane said ok he would take the truck over to the main shop and do it. When Shane came back in I asked him if he could do a quick oil change. He said "oh you want a quick oil change " like oil changes are major undertakings then he said nope we are closed for the day. He did ask my oil life percent which I told him and he said you have 1500 miles left. I said I don't run it out and I do changes every 5000 miles. His attitude was well to bad we are closed. The service hours for Saturday are until 5:00 pm. Seems like a service that takes roughly 30 minutes could have been completed. If this was my business I would have taken care of the customer especially since many employees were just standing around and some were tiding up. Only the one person said I'll do it if Shane says it's ok. I wish I got his name. Well Shane thanks for nothing but I will be passing through again in a few days and I will be sure to stop by and say hi to you and the service manager and if that's you then the next guy up the food chain.
