CMR's team was prompt and respectful so I was pleased during their visit. Their positive pressure wands passed through every duct but we've had big clumps of lint blow out several times since. After the fact I realized I never noticed the "negative air pressure" vacuum shown on the website video. I saw some big hoses in their van but as far as I saw, they were never unloaded. Also, I was shown some before & after photos on the phone of the lead guy who promised I'd receive an email report including those photos. (No longer holding my breath a month later.)

We decided to buy a Groupon for a dryer vent cleaning and the problem still wasn't fixed so we decided to try CMR. They came and found that we had a huge clog and puddle in the dryer pipe. They took the pipe apart and cleared the clog within 1 hour. They were on time and very polite explaining/showing us the problems.

Last year there was an issue with a part that should have been under warranty which cost me $2500 in labor costs. To avoid this I was sold an extended warranty, this year the AC unit stopped working again. The excuse I was given was that the panel is in the sun. The panel has been in the sun since the house was built. Terrible customer service and it seems like they aren't sure what they are doing. I wouldn't recommend.
