OneClick has the elegance of an Apple Store, is certified by Apple, its service is on par if not better, and I highly recommend it. Michael Vega offers a world-class customer experience. From a communication perspective, he e-mailed and telephoned me with updates at every step of the process, sent PDFs of every invoice, and took the time to explore options as they related to my Late-2011, vintage, MacBook Pro. Also worth noting, Daniela, Leticia, and Andrea, were friendly, extremely attentive (I never waited more than a minute to be served, nor did I see anyone else wait for that matter), and consummate professionals. Did I mention the store is immaculate, despite being situated on the main thoroughfare of Dolphin Mall? In terms of technical expertise, Michael was ultra competent, efficient, and in every sense an Apple Genius. He went the extra mile to copy my existing backup to one of his external hard drives because mine was FAT32 formatted (i.e., had a 4GB file cap), reformatted my hard drive, and transferred my data over seamlessly. At least for me, issues as they relate to my MacBook Pro are a headache. The issue with this establishment is that no one knows whats going on. Staff contradicts themselves and everyday you get a different answer. If you are in luck, you will get solutions, if not, you will be sent to other stores. its the typical "don't want to work" attitude that most retail stores have. I had the worst experience I have ever had in any store at this location I was treated extremely poorly by both workers and was refused help on my warranty for my Apple device they refused to give me any information about what was wrong with my computer. To being they stated I can walk in Monday thru wed I went Tuesday and was being treated rudely by a guy who didn't want to give his name for all I know he wrote a fake name David something and Maria. I usually don't write reviews. I am pretty computer savvy, mostly windows computers (so I know, when tech guys are trying to bs) ... I took an imac 2011 to fix. It had something wrong with the HDD... I already knew what was wrong.. Even though, I said to them "I want the HDD change". they charge me a diagnostic fee, to tell me next day... you need to change the HDD. I bought a SSD 2.5". they email me to tell me that wasn't the right size. I knew that from the gecko, that is why I also give to them an adapter. At the end they told me " we open up the iMac and we aren't able to do it " (now I know that is BS) this whole interaction took a little more than 2 weeks So I decide to give it a try , in less that 3 hour. I replace and restore the iMac. I don't recommend this place, and if this store is Apple certified ... it should be revoke. read more

Went in to repaire two laptops. I knew what was wrong (apple looked at them a few months ago)with them so i just wanted to know around what it would cost vs getting a new computer. First of all the guys behind the counter looked higher then Macy's parade float and even if they where not, the general personality and attitude was not what you expect from someone representing Apple. They tryed using key terms like "we are Apple Specialist you have to pay for the diagnostics" I would happly paided for the diagnostic , they said it was refunded from the repair price. If I could give this zero stars I would. Not only were the sales people rude over the phone when I called but they failed to inform me of everything I would be charged for. I took in my MacBook Pro for a simple battery replacement that takes 5 minutes( this is according to an apple technician I called) and they told me a $60 diagnostics fee would apply to my total balance that estimated would be around $130 however, 4 hours later I get a call saying that my bill would be $230. They were charging me $100 for labor plus the cost of the battery!!! Obscene. A blatant disrespect, not far off from robbing me. The only reason I even went to them was because I called Apple themselves and they recommended I try this place since they are "apple certified" but after another call apple apologized and said they were going to look into the business because of the ridiculous pricing . Not only that but I'm out $60 for a diagnostics test for something that I already knew, I needed a new battery. They claim their "pricing is consistent with apple" (straight from an older cashier woman) but they are way far off on that. Now I have to waste more of my time sending the computer to apple who will replace it for the cost of the battery. I wouldn't have minded paying a labor fee I can understand that the tech did his job but not this exorbitant fee of $100 for 5 min of work. After asking to speak to a manager several times I get some excuse of how they can't do anything because the manager only controls sales not technical stuff. I have worked retail and if a customer was not happy as a manager you made them happy not give them the run around. Never going again, never recommending. read more

I want to give a negative rating to "One Click", an Authorized Apple Store. I bought a survival case for my daughter's IPad for $70.00, but she does not like it. I tried to return it but the store manager at Sawgrass Mills Mall gave me a store credit for this purchase instead of returning my money because of the company's policy. I went back to the store to buy some accessories with the store credit and the store manager told me that the company changed their policy without telling the customers and now they do not give store credits anymore and told me that I have to speak with the General Manager at Wyndwood (Valentina) if I have a complaint. Valentina said that I have to choose a $29.00 screen protector if I want to redeem my store credit (of $70.00) and didn't give me another option for the remainder of my original purchase. I do not understand why I have to lose the rest of my money from an Authorized Apple Store because they ("One Click") changed their policies. I don't recommend buying from "One Click" as they don't' care about the customer. read more

These guys were not helpful at all. Brought my MacBook to have the charger replaced under warranty as Apple would do. I came in and they were glad to sell me a new charger. A scapegoat for them was to tell me I had to leave my laptop to diagnose a frayed charger and that would take 2 days. Then another 2 for a charger. They directed me to make to make an appointment at the Apple Store. Don't come here just go to the Apple Store. They always do their best to help you out, unlike this store. read more

My computer shut off my itself, I took it here because the store was listed at apple website as an authorized store. My computer shut off by itself often and I left my computer there around 4 days and they said the computer never shut down. I had to pay 60 dollars for the revision. I took the computer back home and the mac still shutting off. They didn't do anything. I can't believe that my computer shut down unexpectedly several times when I have it and when they had it, it never did. So your employee feels abused because I contacted her to show her the problem they did not fixed, but isn't an abuse that I took my mac spent my money on you and I still with the same issue. At this point my mac still damage. The employee Valentina does not care about the costumers and is very rude. They are listed as an authorized apple retailers but they should't be. when you go to this store and to a real apple store you see the big difference regardless that this store is always empty while a real apple store is always fool, the real apple store will always give you a one to one best service regardless of how busy they are read more
