I've finally struck the ending point this last visit: I needed a full set and had 2 hours in between classes. Although I didn't make an appointment, I wasn't seen for almost an hour. Once seen, I was told that longer nails are extra $ (which is understandable) but then that a different shape (I wanted coffin) would also be extra. Weird, but okay. The application hurt, I bleed, and the shape was atrocious. I could have done better. I didn't have time for paint and asked to leave immediately and pay for what was done. However, I still had to pay for the full set and they told me that even though I refused the paint, the price would be the same. This is ridiculous. It didn't have an expiration on the card, at least as far as I can tell. They just write the date of purchase and assume the customer knows they have to use it within 6 months or else it expires. This is something I don't understand. It wasn't a coupon, it was a gift card. It's money. It shouldn't expire and if that was the case, why would anyone buy a gift card from. You're better off giving someone cash...they said they would talk to the manager about it and give me a call and surprise surprise they never did. It doesn't seem like they care about their customers, they only care about money. I don't recommend going here.
