I walked in, was asked what I want even though I let them on the phone and was told it was something they could do. I let them know again I want dip with nail extensions. They asked me if I wanted something different they had, I politely declined. Once I'm sat, Amy my nail tech starts doing my nails and seems very confused by what steps to take next. She asks me if I want something different (I think it's called gel x? I'm not entirely sure.) I let her know I've had it done a few times prior and I'm not a fan and again, I politely declined. To make a long story long, she filed my nails paper thin, shaping wasn't great, dip powder all over my skin and one broke less than 24 hours later. It has been one week and two more of my nails broke yesterday. Safe to say, I'll never go back there again. Also, I still tipped her even being unsatisfied. I know we all have to make a living but be better and don't question your clients so much. They know what they want before they even come in.

And it's still not exactly the color I originally wished for, but it was about 2 hours into the appointment, and I wanted to leave. The actual nail acrylic want the worst quality I've seen. It was more of a cheap plastic material. Overall, the staff was nice, but if I'm paying for a service to be done right, I would like it to be, at least, okay quality.
