However, when I got home I noticed my manicure was lumpy. Ugh! She did not remove the prior powder manicure thoroughly. Nails polish chipped same night. I bought a bottle of the same color and touched it up. If they charge to remove prior manicure the they should do a thorough job. They are a manicure business, get it right!

At one point, I accidentally moved my finger wrong and smudged one of my fingers just after she had painted it. I apologized, but rather than throw me a bone and patch the gaping polish hole on my nail, she just let it dry and put on the next coat, leaving a really uneven, bare spot. She also cut into my nail bed when trimming. Overall, not a good experience.
