She dismissed me and my group of friends, was passive aggressive and then refused to service us because we were disappointed with her attitude and behavior, which we vocalized to the owner, hoping we could receive service from someone else or improve service for future customers. Tina and the owner even told us as customers that "we might not get what we want", and to sum it up, "since we know everything to do it ourselves, since we're professionals."My friends and I were unsatisfied with her waxing/nails. I'm paying you for your services, I'd hope that I'd be able to get the service I'm paying for. But Tina made it very clear that she wasn't receptive to what we wanted as customers and that it was her way or no way. There was no communication that we weren't gonna get service, the owner was trying to non-confrontally push us out. He then hovered over us at the atm and inside the store, making it feel like it was racially motivated.
