They are crooks! They replaced a exhaust filter for me during summer readiness service and at first launch the machine got water in the engine! They say it was my fault.. haha i dunno what they consider summer readiness but that means hooking to water. Every real mechanic i spoke to who worked on a kawasaki jetski says it was improper installation of the exhaust filter! Today i picked it up from them and the engine compartment is completely soak in milky oil. When I dropped this thing off it was clean .. i have photos of the engine compartment that proves its clean, the day it first died. God only knows what they did to this for two months it was in their care. They told me it was unfixable and now i know why.. they destroyed it!! I will be calling kawaskai tomorrow and the attorney general to lodge a complaint regarding shoddy business practices! DO NOT go here for anything!!

Bought a trike from a family member. They took it to Hillside to get it checked out . When we got…read moreit back very interesting. Transmission fluid that looked like milk with strawberry Quik, not enough oil, though family was charged for an oil change along with an inspection, but no sticker given. Biggest surprise was there were washers placed in between the brake pads and calipers, almost like shims. Never heard of that being done. Explains why the brakes over heat, and no I don't ride the brakes. Final piece to this adventure I was told by family Hillside was not happy with what I paid for the Trike. They told my family they could have got twice that amount for the it. Guess they figured I take the trike back to them. I would seriously warn anyone think twice about letting them work on your bike. For me No Way , Not Now, Not ever.

So disappointed. Dropped our snowmobile off (which we…read morebought from them!) in early November for winter service (basic service). They said they were a few weeks out. December 17th and they are saying it won't be done till after the new year. We picked it up from them on the 18th, took it to a place in Syracuse, NY and the next day its done and ready for pick up. KDK Sports just lost a customer. They clearly don't care, as they had not a care in the world when we said we were picking it up and taking it elsewhere. So sad.
