I was told I'd have it back by the end of the week if they had to order parts the week after I finally picked up my bike August 15, 2025 two months later scratches all over the place I now have a check engine light an ABS light, and a traction control light. and neither my fuel or volts gauges work at all, and for the new head unit and speedometer was almost $8000 and now I have a problems that I have to take it to a professional to figure out what screwed up on, because he held it at the end for so long because he was trying to figure out what he messed up. obviously didn't figure it out and just sent bike off with me to figure it out on my own. We'll take care of it.", which they did, at no additional cost to me . This car has given me problems with this engine light since I've gotten it and each time they have put it on the smoke machine and resolved the issue . Gregg thoroughly explained each time why it was coding. It has now been off for several miles now, but they spent a lot of time and effort to accomplish that. This year, during a snowstorm, when a tree hit me (pesky trees jumping out and hitting our cars is a big problem in Central New York), I once again took it back knowing I'd have tremendous work done. I was not disappointed. Even a minor dent I put in the truck loading a hay bale was fixed (without me asking, or being charged) so that the truck looked like new. The cherry on top is the detailing they do to the inside of your vehicle - whether it was related to the damage done or not. It's like you're getting a brand new vehicle when you pull out of there. Mary Lou and the rest of the front counter staff are tremendously friendly, and keep you informed all along the way.
