The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. Any question I tried to ask i would get one word replies and felt like I was being rushed off the phone....like they didn't want to be bothered. I thought maybe they were busy or something. Fast forward a week, my wife and I drove over an hour to get to this place to look at the bikes in person. We were in the shop for about 10 minutes looking all around and not 1 single employee would even acknowledge us...say hi, ask if we needed help etc. Nothing. One guy was walking around eating pizza and the other just stood there leaning against the back desk. Not a smile or anything. We couldn't have felt more unwelcome. So, we walked out the door and went to GSE Performance and bought a pit bike from them. They carried on a 30 min conversation with us, going over everything...no pressure etc. Awesome guy to deal with. Glad we could give our money to place that gave a shit we were there. Word of mouth is the best review. Anyone who asks where i got our pit bike, will be pointed to GSE. Give someone your money that earns it. My phone convo and in store visit to Cycle Shack was a waste of time.
