I went to Oneline Clinic and Dr. Gilberto Sánchez expecting professionalism and subtle, natural results. What I received instead was a botched filler job, visible facial distortion, gaslighting, and the worst patient experience I've ever had. I originally requested something very simple: a small amount of filler, light Botox, and collagen support. But Dr. Sánchez aggressively pushed for unnecessary volume in areas I explicitly said I didn't want touched -- specifically my cheeks and jawline. Against my wishes, he injected HarmoniCa, which added excessive volume and distortion. My cheeks looked overinflated, my jawline widened unnaturally, and the result was completely unbalanced. When I voiced concern, he brushed it off and called me "too picky." It didn't stop there. I returned to point out the obvious asymmetry in my face -- including a crooked, uneven lip line caused by poorly placed filler. Dr. Sánchez initially acknowledged the swelling and distortion, only to later walk it back. He had me undergo cavitation therapy, which I later learned is not recommended after HarmoniCa injections. Trying to correct the issue, I suggested temple filler, which did help lift my face -- but one side was lumpy and uneven. Instead of correcting it, he told me I'd need to pay for a new syringe. He had already used so much filler in areas I never requested that: * My eyelid drooped (which had never happened before) * My lower face sagged, creating jowl-like fullness * My lip line lifted unevenly, after filler was added near my nose without consent I paid for every treatment out of pocket -- spending approximately $3,000 USD at this clinic -- and still, they tried to charge me again to fix his own mistakes. Then came the follow-up: Two weeks after the procedure, I contacted the clinic to ask if the swelling was normal. Since Dr. Sánchez was traveling, his team suggested I see another doctor. I agreed. Shortly after, I received a message warning me that if I saw the other doctor, I would no longer be helped. Dr. Sánchez was apparently offended that I followed his own staff's recommendation. I escalated it to the clinic manager, who told me to go ahead and dissolve the filler -- and assured me they would handle it. Fast forward to June 20, 2025 -- I returned to complete the dissolving process. Instead of honoring their word, they tried to charge me again -- to fix the very complication they admitted, in writing, was caused by the doctor. When I questioned the charge, I was met with cold indifference. Let me be very clear: This is a provider who injected filler where I didn't consent, delivered visibly distorted results, gaslit and insulted me (calling me a "red flag"), and is now trying to profit off fixing the damage he caused. I'm now left dealing with the physical impact, emotional toll, and financial cost of trying to undo the harm done. Bottom line: If you value your face, your peace of mind, or basic human decency -- stay far away from Oneline Clinic and Dr. Gilberto Sánchez. I came back to Oneline because my visit a few years ago was good. The quality has dropped since then, and prospective patients should know what they're walking into. 1. My thigh Ultraformer was applied unevenly and my thighs are now visibly asymmetric. The clinic refused to cover corrective treatment -- fixing an asymmetry costs them almost nothing and is the bare minimum. 2. CO2 concerns treated as a sales pitch. I raised an issue with my CO2 result. They said they'd "look at it" -- they meant I could pay them again to fix it. Big difference between standing behind your work and funneling concerns into a second invoice. 3. Paid for two CO2 areas, neck never finished. I paid for face and neck -- my face was completed, only part of my neck was treated. Granted I needed to stop mid-treatment, but a clinic operating in good faith would have offered a partial refund for what I didn't receive. They didn't. 4. I disclosed a serious allergy in advance. Staff weren't very accommodating -- no alternatives, no workarounds, that was left to me. Afterward they tried to sell me aftercare products containing my known allergen. 5. Bait-and-switch pricing. I was promised a 10% WhatsApp discount before my trip. By the time I arrived, it didn't exist. I had the quote in writing; don't assume yours will be honored at the door. There was also a significant language barrier before and during treatment -- understandable, but it made things difficult. I used to recommend Oneline. I don't anymore. Very poor service! I paid $350.00 for so called " Botox" (neurotoxin) and "Restalyne" (filler). The service was extremely painful....8/10 and the needles they used were very thick. They used a small local vibrator while injecting the products (to diffuse the pain), but it did not reduce the pain of the injections. There was no change or improvement from the injections! I have had Botox in the US and it never hurts like this. They were injecting it too deep and probably used salt water, expired, or off brand product. I complained to Medical Departures and Online clinic Cancun, Mexico. They said I was "Drunk" and that the payment did not go through. I sent a receipt and copy from my bank to verify the payment and requested a refund. They have not followed up with me. They charged $750.00 for the Botox and Filler, and they wanted to Lazer my skin,but I declined the resurfacing. They are UNSAFE and will take your net and recommend services on top or each other without regard to pain, efficacy, or the final result. Do not go there. I was reluctant to write a review but after reading a previous negative review in 2024 I decided to share my experience. I made an appointment online before my trip to Cancun which was confirmed. The day of the appointment they sent a text confirming to which I responded yes. When I arrived they seemed surprised I was there. They said they tried to confirm with me and I told them that I had responded that I would. They offered me a drink and told me the doctor would be right with me. TWO women randomly walked in without appointments and were taken by treatment providers before me. First annoyance. Finally a nurse took me to a room and took thorough photos of my face in various expressions. We then moved to another office and the doctor came in right away. I had already been there over 30 minutes. He said he was being audited that day which would explain why everyone was so disorganized. I told him I was definitely doing botox which I have had to plenty of times and was considering filler for my cheeks but reluctant after having had no results with previous filler injections. He spent quite a bit of time discussing the procedure, talking about how filler works, showing me photos of the natural aging progression of the face, and how he would do the injections. He came back with a quote for both and I decided against the filler (thank God I did). The Botox was not painful. He asked if I like a little movement in my forehead and I said yes. I paid about $500 for my forehead, 11 lines, and crowfeet which is about $100 less than what I would have paid in NY. They asked if I wanted a follow up appointment which I declined because we were not staying in Cancun long and I'm a seasoned Botox user. I know what to expect. Three days later when we were leaving ,the botox on my forehead was totally set. But I had so much movement in my eyebrows, I still had terrible lines going across my forehead. I took a photo and texted it to them and asked if this is what the doctor meant by movement in my forehead. Because it was bad. I told them I was going back to NY the next day and an appointment was set for the following week. The day of the appointment I called them at the scheduled time. Again, they acted like they had no idea why I was calling. She put me on a brief hold and when she came back on she said the doctor would be available in 30 minutes. I told her that was fine. No call from the doctor. Later that day I checked my email and they had emailed me an appointment confirmation for that day 30 minutes after my initial call. Was I suppose to confirm that? They never said they were sending me an email. Did I miss my opportunity even though they said he would call me in 30 minutes and my phone never rang? It may have been pointless for the follow up. What was he going to do with me in NY? I will not return to Mexico for another year. I thought maybe he would reimburse me or something. But at that point I just let it go. I am SO glad I didn't spend another $600 having this guy put filler in my face. Years ago I saw Dr. Carmona at Shape and Beauty Plastic Surgery. I only went to Online because it was much easier to get to. Dr. Carmona is not in the hotel zone and we took a bus ride and walked a few miles to get to him. To anyone thinking of getting botox in Mexico, I recommend you take the trip to see Dr. Carmona rather than the convenience of the Oneline location.
