If I could rate this dishonest company with a 0, I would. All my reviews are 5 stars except this one. I wonder if they even care to read all the bad ones. They stated that the inquiry would not hurt your credit. Wrong...! I got approved but then they wanted some kind of collateral. I gave them my vehicle VIN number. Comes to find out it's worth $1400.00. My request was $1500.00 which is the minimum. They declined my loan. This is petty. It's only $100.00 different. They don't care about people's needs. Crooked and greedy companies like this should be out of business. After I got a declined, they still continued to text me to contact them. I called and spoke with them about it. The representative finally removed it from their contact list. What really bothers is my credit score dropped after the hard inquiry they did on me. They are crooks and liars. As a consumer who uses their loan products, I recommend people become educated about their loan before posting a negative comment. I see people posting about how they cannot get another loan while they are up to their eyes in payments on their current loan and they can't offer collateral for a new loan. The other false statement was with the credit reporting. With any loan, your score is going to drop until your available credit exceeds your debt (usually credit cards help balance this). But once you show positive payment history and pay the loan off, it reflects on your credit accordingly. Another fact is that as you sign, most of their loans are computed. If you take their money, you need to read what you sign, make good on your payments and fulfill your end of the agreement. Most payments are online. The monthly invoices provide a mailing address where you can send a check/ money order to a deposit lockbox. read more

Move on they have no clue. Got offer through another company I was accepted through One Main FInancial. Got a call from them heard what they had to say and said I would get back to them. Had some questions so emailed on the contact us on website. Never heard back so I called them and the women had no clue how to answer me and told me they are not able to answer email. What a crock couldn't even answer my question all she said was if that was what I was told then that was it and kept telling me they were very shorthanded today. Sorry but you still have to be professional and not all panicked and inconsiderate on the phone. I know I worked in office many years and even though at times it was hectic I was always professional. No stars I apply for a loan and supposedly was waiting on my pay stub to just double check and be able to go sign and pick up the loan amount I requested. I didn't get no answer. The lady was very rude she didn't call me to update I have to call them over 5 times to see what was going on. At the end they say I didn't make enough income when I get almost $3,500 a month. And after I call to add my co signer the lady say the application was close and that I can't do the loan cuz I don't get pay enough. So making almost $60,000 between to people is not enough to apply for a loan for $5,000 really. The need to change all does FALSE COMERCIALS saying they help people. Do not recommend this place at all cuz to me it sounds they make an excuse to not help. On top of that when I ask the lady what I have to do to get the approval she just hung up on me like she didn't want to say. Very bad place to request a loan. read more

Horrible service and a waste of my time. They tell you are definetly approved for a loan and then you go in the office and its a different story. They tell you that the main people that have the final approval on the loan, denied the loan amount even though the manager there Tess and Gladys that I was working with told me I was almost done and the loan was guaranteed. 2 hours of my time wasted.... I came back to their office three times wasted gas and valuable time only for them to eventually tell me sorry we cannot help you. They would also ask for one document at a time and when I asked them why they cant tell me what they need so they can save the customer multiple trips to thier office they said they Im sorry.
