When i came to look at the vehicle i noticed the vehicle tags were expired. Firstly, the vehicle was not even ready to be sold none of the paper work for the truck was ready. Went for a test drive and notice the AC was out. So then they needed to fix the AC before i even considered buying it. They do not let you get up to highway speed when test driving it BTW so be careful when purchasing. They offered financing there DECLINE it if you can my credit was ran through a poor company called Westlake. I offered a significant amount of employment verification for them to still turn down the loan because "of fraud and inconsistency" even though i had already signed a contract of what i would be paying. While i was doing that i was also trying to get a loan through my bank to see if i could get a better loan amount. Because of that Westlake decided they needed a million things from me because i was wanting to get a loan through my personal bank. Anyways. I signed all the paperwork paid the down payment paid for the insurance and the vehicle was released to me. I had the truck for a month !!!!!! And now TCA IS DEMANDING IT BACK BECAUSE THEIR LENDER WAS A FLUKE!!! They sold a truck with broken headlights which i paid to be fixed , i installed window tint because i had THOUGHT I WOULD BE PAYING THE CONTRACT I SIGNED!!!!!! SO NOW IM OUT OF A VEHICLE AND A LOWERED CREDIT SCORE TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHILCE FROM THIS SLIMY COMPANY There way of trying to make up for this was doing a "in house loan" at $515 a month with a 23% APR NO THANKS $30k for a $18k truck RIP OFFS

Since I was in the area I checked around for the nearest First Hawaiian Bank and I have no idea why I never considered this Pearl City location as I've passed here every time I go to Daiso which is quite often when I'm in the area lol though today was an errand filled day and love this location as they have at least 20+ dedicated parking stalls which was so close to the entrance than there's no long walk across the lot and even as I approached the door...it automatically opened as apparently the security who sits right at the door does that for everyone. Inside this smaller than town locations was empty when I arrived and was in and out in no time as my transaction is simple yet complex but the staff that I got did see why I need a teller to take care of it did it with ease making me get back on my way with very little wait. I simply provided what was listed on my statement. Ive listed the same numbers before with other tellers and they have never told me I dont need the last 5 digits of the shared branch number. So how would I know? They found my account pretty quick (cant be more then 5 minutes), so not sure why their fuse was so short. I hope this is NOT how they usually treat customers, especially if they're elderly where extra help is needed.

Communication was awesome. Corey stayed in touch with my realtor and kept everything running smoothly. There was an issue with a land court petition that needed clarification from our trust attorney. Because our attorney had to make a correction, we were thought that our recording date would be delayed by 2 days due to the July 4 holiday. However, our attorney amended the petition, and Corey and his team was able to get the recording package in on time to the bureau, so we could keep our original recording date. I loved how Premier simply got in touch with our attorney to take care of it! Our experience was excellent -- much smoother than we expected, especially given the unexpected delay regarding our trust doc. Notary services were in-house as well. Highly recommend!
