Not only did they repo it they drove through my yard running over several hedges and breaking our water main coming into the house cause the truck was too heavy to have on yard. We filed a police report and plan on pursuing in court but that's not the point. The reason the payment was late was my wife was in the hospital for 3.5 weeks with a bad infection which spread to her blood. The office manager Jennifer is always hateful and even once called me a liar over a mechanic bill Which I was absolutely not lying about. They send their cars to a junk yard mechanic to fix them. The mechanic is family so he does enough to make it run a few months then your on your own with repairs. There is something wrong with every car on their lot. My sister got a loan from them and they charged her interest even when she paid on time or early and thought she didn't know. Needless to say we won't be back. Heritage finance is run by thieves. Make a way out of no way. Just don't let this way be it.
