When my camper was finally returned, it had sustained significant damage. The side panel had been torn away, leaving an entire side of the camper exposed to weather and the elements. On the opposite side, an electrical box cover was missing, leaving sensitive and critical RV systems completely unprotected. Despite paying in full upfront, we were then presented with additional charges we never agreed to. When we disputed those charges due to the damage and late delivery, the supervisor threatened to impound our camper and pursued a lien -- even after law enforcement responded and determined the camper was to remain in our possession. We have documented everything including photographs, timestamped text messages, and a police report. I want to be clear that the driver, Dalton, conducted himself professionally and with integrity throughout. Our experience with the supervisor, Cameron, was an entirely different matter. I am sharing this review to protect others from a similar experience. If you value your property and your time, I strongly encourage you to seek towing services elsewhere."

All kinds of gunk in the cup holders and dirty seats. The owner did a fantastic job and the car looks brand new. Now my dad wants his car back. The location is close enough to downtown that I was able to walk to downtown and go shopping and have a manicure while my car was being detailed. I have a ford f-150 that needs work. it had to have a new brake line from the master cylinder to…read morethe rear wheel. I wasn't able to work on it myself so a friend told me to take it to dominant. as I said, the truck has a few things that needed doing so I told him to do the brake line first. micheal bailey said he could have it done in no time. it didn't seem to be that way though. after a week I asked if the truck was done and was told he needed to order parts, for a brake line? I didn't think that was the problem but ok. I called there again a few days later and was told he needed to get parts, exactly what I was told the first time. he had my truck 11 days...11 whole days for a brake line! when I went to get it I was charged $656.60. he then said the brakes would stop the truck but be careful. I should have paid more attention after that ominous statement. when I got it home I thought all was ok. I went to check my mailbox and as I was behind the truck a few yards I could the brake line hanging down! I got down to see what was up with the line. when he had bent the line to follow the contours of the bell housing which looked fine but as it was going to the left rear wheel it, the line, was hanging about 7 inches below the axle with all of it exposed. it's a 4 wheel drive truck and I go to fishing spots that are pretty rough. that line was wrong, just wrong. a tree branch a stump or anything I would go over the brake line would have been torn right out. very shoddy work for sure. I took it to a couple of garages closer to home and both guys said the line was dangerous. I was asked how much did I pay. I told them and one guy that was far too much. one of them even said he could have done all the brake lines for $400 and have it back to me in three days. it seems I was having to pay a whole lot more because he didn't know the proper way to do it. I've never written anything like this before but I just had to write this. I'll never go back there and will tell people I know to avoid the place. I hope he reads this and say that wasn't how it went. people, all I've written is true.
