In June 2023 I reached back out to them saying I was not happy with the service and wanted to terminate my contract. They ignored me and said I would need to get another report to see more results. I continued. I was still not satisfied with the service. In August 2023 so I reached back out. Now they're saying they not going to refund me and they're going to force me to continue with the service for another month. Please, I implore you to stay away from this service. Legally correct is all they care about. Thanks to them I got to deal with my abusive ex. They had said I was owed money not me and my ex. If they had I would not have agreed to pay them. I was told I made my ex file and that I was lied about never filing. Legally correct but I wish I had the money to take them to court and see how it would play out with not putting my ex on as also being owed half the funds they promised. They have not earned what I had to pay them in my mind but they have earned me never wanting to have contact from them ever again.

SCAM Debt Collection Agency- My friend received a letter from Northland Group Inc stating that she…read moreowed Citibank a debt of approximately $3,400.00 but would cut the debt in half if she would pay Northland Group Inc $1,700.00. My friend was panicked and went to the Citibank Branch Bank to inquire about the debt. The Citibank clerk informed her that this was a scam and that she did not have an outstanding debt with Citibank and the account in question did not exist. Google Northland Group Inc and you will find numerous complaints of fraud and illegal debt collecting tactics from this company.
