After showing him the necessary materials, Larry gave me the application and I filled it out to the best of my ability and I was out of the door, cash in hand in less than 10 minutes. Getting turned away from check n' go, check n' cash and all the other arrangements of cash n' + something, i found refuge and financial salvation at Jet Cash Loans!!! Another plus is that the business is family owned and operated! Help yourself and the community...what a virtuous circle. Real quick though for those that don't know, a payday loan requires a few things: State issued id Bank Statements for the past month (or the month so far, apparently) Last pay stub (mine was for $6.14) A blank check A debit card (although i believe thats optional) ***THIS SECTION IS FOR YELP, IF THEY EVEN READ THESE*** Today alone I've been to a number of places advertised as check cashing/ pay day loans only to be turned away because they only do check cashing or something called an "auto title loan". Unfortunately, I am shocked and extremely disappointed by how they have handled a serious issue that is now damaging his personal credit. His mortgage is directly with Premier America Credit Union--not with a third-party company. After he spoke with the credit union, they acknowledged that there had been a problem with their online system and told him they would work with the department handling his mortgage to resolve the issue. However, nothing has been corrected, and the late payment is still negatively affecting his credit report. He called Premier America again because the issue remained unresolved, but they refused to take meaningful action. They would not even transfer him to a manager or someone with the authority to properly address the situation. Their lack of concern, accountability, and customer service has been terrible. The issue was caused in part by a confusing and unreliable online banking system that did not clearly show that his mortgage payment was past due. Premier America acknowledged that there was a system problem, yet they are still unwilling to help correct the damage it caused. I am truly shocked that a longtime customer could be treated this way. This is affecting my husband's personal credit, and the credit union does not seem concerned about the consequences. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Premier America Credit Union. Their online system is misleading, their communication is poor, and their customer service has been extremely disappointing.
