The website is terrible and so is the mobile app. Here is my issue. The old KCT CU participated in Co-Op shared branching network. But Consumers CU is not a shared branching partner. CCU took over teller lines in Feb 2026, so if you are used to making transactions at a KCT/Consumers location for another CU, you're out of luck ... unless, of course, you open an account at KCT/CU. They have a "Members-Only" Policy. They don't open the national co-op portal for people who aren't members at THEIR credit union. It's a great way to force people who don't want accounts, to open accounts. Thanks for nothing.
