As stated by plenty... RUN! These people are insensitive crooks who care about nothing other than your money. I had to call and ask to have my case removed from RUDY and have him no longer allowed to contact me after being beyond disrespectful and rude. No one seemed to care. After falling on hard times after an emergency surgery and my husband's job telling him only one week prior that they're going out of business, they didn't care one bit. All they did was degrade and belittle me. I truly wish I would've read these reviews before working with these assholes. This has been beyond stressful. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. They took advantage of the fact that my fiancé and I needed a car. They sold us a sedan that's worth just over 1,000 for 9,000. We have just a little bit to pay off and the ac doesn't work, the engine misfires, the tries that were supposed to be new and dry rotted from the inside, and a whole list of crap. I wouldn't go to them for a car ever again or suggest them to anyone. Find another credit building car dealership if you are in need of one. read more

Our credit with them was outstanding. He called the next day and was A total jerk telling me they couldn't lower my interest rate and my payments would go UP!! HE LIED LIED LIED!!! Bought a van from here. I understand things are different when you have bad credit. But they sold me a 12 year old van with over 100k in miles for almost 10 grand. Then they try and force a warranty for an additional 2k that's garbage. I feel this is a predatory act on people that need help and classic screw the little guy over. Well.. Run while you can! These people are crooks! Sold me a vehicle for over 10,000.00 that had over 170,000 miles. I have been paying on for over a year and balance still is 10,000.00. Made me purchase a warranty but when I called items were not covered. And let's talk about customer service. Arturo is the biggest liar they have working there. They have lied about everything down to ways to pay saying they accept everything but green dot pre paid cards and no matter which one I get the system on there end rejects. Causing me late fees and credit card processing fees. And then when speaking to finance dept. Arturo he has a hard on about making your life miserable threatening to shut the vehicle off. Belittling you, degrading you, and just being a plain asshole. Biggest asshole on the face of the planet! Has no personality and is the ice king. Like talking to ex spouse that you are not on good terms with. These people are not there to help you they haven't even been reporting to credit bureau. In over a year of paying they reported 4 times and give me the excuse the credit bureau is behind. BS I work for a car dealership and so not true. My owner looked at my paperwork and said they totally screwed me that the car is only worth $4,000.00 at most. They have tracking devices on the vehicles and if you are late even by I day your vehicle gets turned off. I was in a bad situation and being a single mom with 5 children I had to have a car quickly but was not worth the pain I got taking it in the rear with these people. Had I not lived in the sticks of Illinois and there was public transit I would of told them to jump. This place took advantage of me 100%. I came in when I was 18 and didn't know much about cars, I just wanted my first car. They sold me a 2002 beetle VW for a lot more than it's actually worth. I will not say how much because I am embarrassed of how much they finessed out of me. I'm now stuck paying this car for 2 more years and it's already breaking down. we bought a truck in December 2011. Never had any problems with them. Of course they offered the additional warranty, which we accepted, but such is life when you don't have perfect credit. There's no hidden fees, they tell you upfront how horrible the interest rate is. One good thing is they do report to credit bureau, so pay this off on time and you'll have a positive credit payment history. Most everyone there is good to deal with. read more
