I also had an issue with the remote start not working. The lady at the pickup location said she would put in a request to have someone reach out in 24-48 hours to help me resolve the issue. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. When I was at the tire shop another guy and asked if I had just picked up my truck from you and I said yes. He had severely dry rotted tires also with his vehicle he just picked up. I guess this is a standard problem with your inspectors which needs to be resolved. I showed pitures to a friend that is a highway patrol officer he said that this is a major safety issue. If I would've been stopped by a police officer I would've received a ticket for unsafe tires.

They informed me that it needed spark plugs and coils. They said these items need to be replaced at 80k miles. My question, as a certified vehicle, shouldn't the seller ensure that this "Certified" vehicle have a tuneup before selling. Part of being certified is ensuring that these things have been checked and are in good condition. Now, after purchasing this vehicle less than 90-days prior, I have to cover a $734 tune up.
