Many lenders stopped doing jumbo loan refis due to the pandemic and we felt so frustrated not being able to take advantage of the awesome rates that others were getting. I spent months searching for a great refi rate and really wanted to continue with my existing credit union, but their rate was barely a fraction lower than my current rate. I ended up starting the refi process with another credit union in San Diego (I'm in Orange County). Their customer service was HORRIBLE, they never got back to me, it took over a month to get the appraisal report completed, and I was super frustrated. After 65 days with no closing date in sight I withdrew my application from that credit union. I heard about Chris from someone online, and from the first call I knew that I was in the right hands. He was able to lock me in at an insanely low rate on my jumbo loan with ZERO points. He was up front about how long the whole process would take and communicated with me every step of the way.
