After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything.
