The representative used my personal information (social, ext) without my permission to establish a policy to which I received several notifications of missing payments/canceled policy notices from a policy I never authorized. A policy that can only be opened with all my personal information which I never provided. A rep called me personally (after being told everything was cleared up) about my missing payment. I explained to her the exact information above and demanded to talk to the Agent responsible for my information being used without my permission and was told "she only speaks to individuals by appointment". You hire and employ individuals that process policies without authorization and you want me to make an appointment.. no. Corporate will here about this.

She is part of Brent Allen State Farm in Liberty Hill. And I live in ROUND Rock but she always gives me the best customer service like if I was living right next to their office. In the world of Insurance, Customer Service is very rare especially when an insurance agent calls you up once a year when your policy renews and says, do you have any questions? Yari took the time to explain all three of my policies in detail with me, my homeowners, my umbrella, and my car insurance, although there was a slight increase on all three but with inflation what isn't going up. What was exceptional? Is she took the time to go over my policy in detail line by line answering my question from the annual statement that I received in the mail, the week before. She answered questions on liability, deductible replacement value versus current value. Total home coverage. I mean everything I talked about what if the tree fell down? What if the fence fell down? What if I had a bad storm? she explained everything what if I had water damage I mean in detail what was covered by my insurance policy. She was very pleasant and kind and patient because we went over all three policies. I think it's very rare when you find an insurance agent who takes the time to call YOU!! and talk to YOU!! about your policy! That is a sign of a really good agent and good leadership. I may live in ROUND ROCK and Yari, office is in liberty Hill, but I get first class service whenever I call them. My last insurance agent I was with them for 12 years and they never ever called me once, until I called them to cancel. Then they started to call me. It was to late because I was going to Brent Alan State Farm. The best move I made was having Yari as my insurance agent and being covered by State Farm . I highly recommend you pay a little bit extra and go elsewhere trust me it'll be the best decision you'll ever make. PS: The autopay/billing system here sucks, it kicks you off intentionally to make you pay extra fee's even though you've done all of the requirement and have a lot of cash in your account.
