Laura and her staff take the time to listen to my concerns, help me understand my insurance and resolve issues that have come up. Several years ago on a trip to New Jersey I was involved in an accident, it was my fault and I was in a rental car. This happened before I was one of Laura's customers, but after she became my agent I started getting letters from the rental car company saying that I owed them money. Her and her staff worked very hard talking to my adjuster, and the rental company to get the issue resolved for me. I tend to get overwhelmed when having to deal with these kind of issues, so them taking care of it for me was a huge stress relief. The process for account setup had to be completed in person at the branch. Staff were friendly, but it took more than 30 minutes--even with all required documents--to get two of three accounts set up. In 2025, this is astonishing given that most financial institutions can open checking accounts or even trading accounts for ETFs in under 10 minutes. I dismissed this concern as new staff still learning the system. Even then, they couldn't complete my full account setup during that visit, asking me to return in person later when a supervisor with the necessary authority was available. When I asked if there was a deadline or any limitations, the staff couldn't answer. Two weeks later, I called GESA's customer service to find out if my account setup could still be completed in person and whether knowledgeable staff with appropriate permissions would be available when I came back. Instead of simply answering those logistical questions, the agent insisted on verifying my identity. After 20 minutes, they still couldn't validate me as a GESA customer--despite the fact I wasn't asking anything about my specific account. Eventually, the agent offered to check with the branch directly. I was on hold for 10 minutes, only to be told they still couldn't answer my follow-up questions. They also refused to connect me to the branch directly, suggesting instead that I "just go in person." By the end, I had spent 35 minutes on the phone with nothing resolved. Following their advice, I returned to the branch--only to find out that an unknown and arbitrary deadline had passed, and continuing the account setup was no longer possible. I'm guessing GESA is a trustworthy steward of customers' money. But in my experience, their processes lack efficiency, their branch staff lack clear procedures, and their customer service call center is unable to provide basic, practical support. If you value your time or blood pressure, I encourage you to bank elsewhere.

They never called back as promised and I had to be the one to initiate contact and find out where we stood. Never once talked to the loan officer.... only his assistant. As it turns out we have to have employment in Idaho first or you wont be preapproved... (which i asked and they said it wasnt an issue or I wouldnt have proceeded with a credit check in the first place). So now we have a mark against our credit for nothing. Due to this and the lack of communication we will be proceeding with another bank once we have proof of employment. We are first time homebuyers and I feel like I got suckered. I only gave 2 stars and not 1 because his assistant was very polite and easy to speak to.

There were many times they had the opportunity to update my records, but not once in five years did they do so, and because of their over-sight, I'm stuck paying $2000. If you do use this company, you must make sure you follow-up with them, otherwise they will not properly represent you and your company. I have learned my lesson and will never use these guys again.

Evergreen Towing gave me huge headaches to remove an abandoned vehicle from my yard. They came out…read more2x, causing me to remove my fence and take 2 days off work, and then still refused to tow the vehicle out of here. I was told by the city's Code Enforcement that I had all the paperwork completed, and Evergreen was authorized by the city to tow it, it would not cost me anything. Well, Evergreen wanted $175 then told me they would not be able to tow it! I called ACE. ACE TOWING came immediately, towed it out of here, and it cost me nothing. I will use them again for sure!
