I am not easily impressed, but Opportunity Body Shop actually accomplished that rare feat. We took our car in for some accumulated bodywork and they discovered that one of the front strut coil springs was broken. (I was dubious since I'm a skeptic, but sure enough that big coil was busted clean through at the top, something that is a design flaw on the 2004 Saab 9-3.) They did a great job on the car, in a reasonable time, and they are very friendly and professional with a clean shop. Now here's where they turned lemons to lemonade: the steering started making noise within 1000 miles of the repair. We took it back, and even after replacing the parts as a warranty repair at no charge, the noise was still there. They stuck with us, spending countless hours troubleshooting, taking to other car shops for a second opinion (that takes humility), even buying a used part on their dime to compare. They eventually discovered that the factory replacements supplied slightly longer bolts than original from the factory , which made the rubbing noise. Eureka! What started out as frustration with the job ended up with a comprehensive solution, as they refused to allow "good enough" to leave their shop. I took my 2006 Dodge Durango to Joe here at opp body shop for some electrical issues it was having. He quoted me a time line and a price. And stuck as close to it as possible. He called me every step of the way and was upfront and forward with everything he had to do and everything he found. They keep a file on your vehicle so that they know what they have done and what has been found but not yet repaired. I knew when I took my car in it was going to be a hassle but joe was patient and worked his way through every little detail to find the problem. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming when I went in or called. I will be taking all my vehicles to joe at opp body shop from here on out. I've never had such a great experience getting a vehicle repaired and I couldnt appreciate it any more! The pricing is fair, the hours are typical shop hours. First I have to qualify this with my car is not new and in fact, was written off by insurance as a total loss due to it's age. But it is my car the kind of car you trust to take you anywhere because you know it and have faith in every squeak and squeal it makes, I would go anyplace with it, and yet it has that good old lived in feeling where if you spill a drink or your dogs shed its OK if you do not get to it right away. Well with grandchildren and 2 full grown dogs as passengers in the car, a mess gets left behind too much time between clean ups. But I went it to pick up my car after they convinced me to lower my repairs from over $3000.00 to just about $500.00! So they saved me $2500.00. Opportunity Body Shop recently repaired my 2008 Trailblazer. A fairly minor repair in the spectrum of auto body repair, but they treated me as if I was the most important customer they had. Since it was somewhat of a small repair, they squeezed me into their already busy schedule. They finished ahead of the quoted time by a half a day and promptly let me know by phone that it was finished. I picked up my trailblazer finding the repair perfectly done and they also did a quick detail on the inside. This shop is by far the best! The service and friendliness of all employees is wonderful and they do more than expected quality work! I took my car in for a hit and run and they were exceptional with detail, kept me well informed, made sure every last detail was fixed, and even informed me when the insurance quote had a different deductible than I was told (insurance fixed that!) but I cannot be more satisfied with my overall experience. Recently I had a bracket break on the drivers seat - it was going to be over $1,000 just for the parts - not a seat just parts. They called around and found a used seat that I went and purhased they took the base off the old put it on my current seat saving me tuns. They could have gouged me for the new brackets. Very nice folks. They have done work on several vehicles over the years. Customer service is outstanding as is quality of work. I would highly recommend these awesome folks. read more

Our Camaro was damaged in the rear quarter panel by someone hip checking it, I wanted to make sure it was fixed right since it's black and any imperfection would be noticeable. Holy cow, they did an excellent job. The paint matches perfectly and I've looked at it from all angles, you would never know there was a dent the size of a basketball. I hope I never have to take one of my vehicles here again though, no offense. read more
