There was no apparent warning to use caution and I didn't see it. I slid down it, landed on my backside and hurt my back badly!!! The staff did NOTHING! They stopped talking to the other customer, looked and didn't even ask if I was ok. The 2 men that work there were 6-8 feet from me as I sat on the floor trying to decide how to get up without hurting myself further. They definitely saw the whole thing. I'm shocked at their lack of concern. It must happen to others because they barely flinched. If you visit this place PLEASE BE CAREFUL! The customer service prior to this was non existent and the showroom is vertically empty.

We went in and purchased a quad and a side by side from them and paid on the same vehicles over 2 grand less than other dealerships had quoted us on the identical vehicles. If you dont go to see Ray at Bennett notors just burn your money you will feel better than going to another dealership and paying thousands more!

The place is owned by the little guy out back and the taller lady at the front. The female owner is VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She will patiently listen to what you need and spend whatever time necessary looking up your parts and be sure to give you all your options, regardless if a $10 item or a $100 item. She is no pressure, and honest about any experiences they have had if you ask for her opinion. The husband is ok, you can tell he is busy, but he tries to listen and help you, and often refers you to his wife at the front counter for help. It is my understanding that he used to run the service dept at K&K Kawasaki in Vestal many years ago. When they first opened and I was looking for an inspection, he gave me crap about my taller than stock handlebars and even measured the height to the seat and told me I was over by a couple inches. Having had the handlebars on for over 15 years, I was about to tell him what I thought and leave, but he seemed to look past it, and kept looking the bike over, so I gave him a chance to prove he wasnt a dick. Glad I did. I had a problem with my horn and he let me fix it and kept on with the inspection. He passed it, but did look everything over. I have purchased tires, throttle cables, fuel additive, some gloves, etc... from them when stopping in. I recently called around for new tires again and their prices were as good as the best price I found online! They have been at their location now since probably 2007 or 2008 and I expect with their good part prices and the amount of service they do, they will be there for a long time to come. A welcome addition to Vestal. Stop by and give them a chance for your motorcycle and ATV needs. I am glad I did.

these people! Once i had an issue and told people, i started to hear horror stories about this…read moreplace. If i could pick negative stars i would! The worst place to ever service a jetski! They are crooks! They replaced a exhaust filter for me during summer readiness service and at first launch the machine got water in the engine! They say it was my fault.. haha i dunno what they consider summer readiness but that means hooking to water. Every real mechanic i spoke to who worked on a kawasaki jetski says it was improper installation of the exhaust filter! Today i picked it up from them and the engine compartment is completely soak in milky oil. When I dropped this thing off it was clean .. i have photos of the engine compartment that proves its clean, the day it first died. God only knows what they did to this for two months it was in their care. They told me it was unfixable and now i know why.. they destroyed it!! I will be calling kawaskai tomorrow and the attorney general to lodge a complaint regarding shoddy business practices! DO NOT go here for anything!!
