They check to make sure everything's all right the following day which is conscientious. And one of the greatest things is they always clean the car and wash the car before you pick it up. This is a much appreciated and great service they provide their customers. When a dealership does that you know they care a great deal about you and your business. My husband had his heart set on a specific car that this dealer had. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way on numerous occasions to make sure this was the car AND that the deal would be good for all parties. They promised to handle my husband's payoff of his lease AND his mileage extras. Well, here we are months later AND surprisingly the sneaky business is saying that wasn't discussed. We received a letter from the lease company that my husband owed 7500 in over mileage fees! Yes, 7,500 dollars! The whole reason my husband made the sale was so he did not have to pay these fees. Well, now we are in debt for 7,500 and Benedict said that they never agreed to this and basically we were had. So do not ever buy anything from them or trust them! They are absolutely the worst! Not to mention when we tried to call to see IF they received our check and we got toe run around that the saleswoman wasn't around, then the manager wasn't around. It took them over a week to call us AND each time it was a different story. So thanks Benedict for scamming the hardworking person!

Then out of the blue, my sales lady (who is awesome and I don't blame this on her) told me to try and call her cause she has some bad news. I called her and she states that the company will not give me the trade allowance that they told me just 2 weeks ago because it is getting to close to winter and we can't sell your car (2013 Camaro) at the auction or dealership and we don't want to hang on to it. This dealership was so great to work with until this, so friendly. They also were the best out of 4 (2-Oneonta, 1- Albany and them) dealerships to give me the best offer on my car. I have never heard of a dealership to back out of a offer after giving me my trade in value

Do not ever go here. I called just to have a few recalls done, and they said they would call back…read morein a couple days for me to drop my car off. They called back two weeks later and said it will be two days of work. They gave me a rental car, which was nice. After FOUR days (not including the weekend), I return and they complain that the gas tank wasn't full. They also wrote a lot of things they said were wrong with my car. Some of it is true, which I'll take care of. Others, no way. They said I have lights out and my steering wheel acts strange, which I haven't seen at all. I had to cancel appointments with other mechanics because of Rapp Subaru's promises they failed to keep. I'm running on a tight schedule, so it matters if I have to cancel other appointments to fix up my car. I will never do business here again.

Dropped my 2011 Nissan off on August 1, 2020. I explained that my car had lost power 4 times…read moreduring a long trip home. Mechanic advised he would do a check on the trouble lights. My husband asked that they do an oil change while the car was there. As of August 10th, we had not been contacted. When we called we were told that the car needs an auxiliary transmission cooler installed. I authorized that and the mechanic stated the car would be repaired by August 14th. We picked the car up, no oil change had been done (did not have enough time is what was stated by Chris - car was there 14 days) and the bill was $90 over what was quoted. I had asked to be the POC due to the fact that I was the driver of the vehicle and instead my husband was called. I was told by the mechanic that there would be a guarantee on the parts and labor and nothing is listed on the final bill. I was really hoping I had found a great garage in Norwich this time.
