Appointment was made for just 2 days later. She showed up with her crew, and after introductions; went right to work. Each member knew their assigned task and went about it readily. They spent 3 hours wiping, dusting, sweeping and mopping. When all was said and done, you could feel the difference. I told them that i was embarassed to have let my home become so dirty. They also left the owner's closet and cabinets unlocked when guests checked in--completely unacceptable. The day before Thanksgiving, Trish sent a 30-day termination notice. She then failed to show up 2 days later to clean one of our units, which forced our family to clean it ourselves as guests were arriving. I took some pictures and explained exactly what I wanted and they gave me a fair price that I was very happy with. They double checked that we were still on the day before and morning of. They showed up on time and with all their own supplies. I work from home but was not bothered at all by their work. When one was done, they went over and help the other finish up. They dusted and cleaned the light fixtures, wiped down both sides of the doors and even the door frames. The ONLY issue I had was the mopping. Didn't care much for the mop they used on the floors but I'm super picky about that in general. Will be booking them again soon.
