I gave them 2 stars because they did part of the job. I am currently hiring someone else to finish what they said they couldn't complete in the time they alloted for the job. I was not informed of the alloted time prior to hiring them. I was threatened with legal action if I didn't pay in full for the incomplete job. Note: no hourly rate listed. Just moved to San Antonio and was looking for a honest and reputable house cleaning service that didn't charge an arm and a leg. had my first house cleaning from this company and it couldn't have gone any better! The ladies showed up on time and were both very pleasant and friendly. They cleaned my house thoroughly in every room leaving no area untouched. They even moved some sofas in my back room to clean underneath them. They used all natural products and it smells wonderful in here, not like other company's that use harsh chemicals which smell like bleach. The ladies kept checking with me to mKe sure I was happy with everything and that if they missed anything to please let them know! It was a dream getting my place cleaned by them and they stayed focused and on task! I've had other cleaning companies do my home previously and I'd often walk by and see the workers just playing in their phones and the job would take longer than it needed to. The icing on the cake is that this company is extremely cost competitive compared to other companies and I was charged such an incredibly low rate I asked to pay more. I've never had a cleaning company but decided to see if I could get a reasonable rate for at least once or twice a month after moving here. I interviewed various companies and decided to also interview this company so I set up an appt for the owner to come to my house. She was a half hour late for her appt which should have been my first clue. But I gave her the chance. She and I went over what I wanted and she assured me that her team was the best and wouldn't leave my home with issues and items not cleaned. We discussed them vacuuming my couch and all the services they would provide and the cost. When she found out I was a nurse she proceeded to talk my leg off for an hour about all her medical problems. This was clue number two ignored. I try to be nice and understand where people are coming from so I overlooked this as well. So first cleaning was today. I was called over an hour early and told that the person going to clean was done with her previous house and was heading over to my house. I said no ma'am she isn't I'm not home yet and we have a 2 pm appt the young lady came and I showed her the house and got my dogs secured outside and left to run errands. When I returned she asked me if I wanted to walk around the house before she left. I haven't ever hired a house cleaner before so I didn't know what was expected and no one told me either. It looked ok from a glance and I felt odd going and running a white glove while she was there. Once she left I started noticing things right away. Dusting was done with like a duster and not thorough the headboard of my bed wasn't done, shelves in the living room only partially dusted, smearing and unfinished cleaning of appliances. Dog hair still in corners around the living room and kitchen, blinds not dusted. Counter tops in kitchen not cleaned. I was in disbelief. I did not ever think someone would need to be checked off for the most basic cleaning aspects!!!! She had had me sign something before leaving which as it turns out is me saying it was all fine lol! So Beware of that! I also paid right away on line Because again I had no idea what I'd find upon closer inspection! As you will see from the snapshots of her texting me because I signed the tablet and paid this is all my fault! The frustration I feel for being so dumb and hiring this company I can't even put words to! This was my very hard earned money! As a nurse I can't ever do my job half assed or people die! Then to pay for a half assed job at an hourly rate more than what I make An hour just makes me sick! All the boasting about how her company would get it right the first time and how awesome they are for giving military discounts and the long conversations about what I needed and expected and promised over and over that they would deliver. The cleaner didn't even bring the attachment to clean the couch they didn't even intend on cleaning it! This wasn't just a small mistake or oversight it was a total half assed job! I'm attaching photos although because of the time of day they aren't showing the best. I'm also attaching screenshots of our texting where she immediately blames me and criticizes me as her client In such a rude way I immediately fired her! The products that they use are not strong enough to clean even the simple stains in the shower or toilet. The cleaner was just wiping down and not really brushing the shower floor/tub. She didn't even use gloves when cleaning, so overall it was not worth the price bec i had to disinfect and sanitize everything and I made the house smelling fresh and clean because the hired cleaner was not thorough at all! read more

We used this company for the first time and were very underwhelmed. They changed the cleaner at the last minute and they were a hour late. They did communicate this to us before hand. We specifically asked if the did outdoor window cleaning since we have 4 large sliders and they said they did. We knew these were a challenge however they did not look much better after they were cleaned. We had to ask them to go back and clean the ceiling fan in the master and we noticed none of the glass tables downstairs were done either. I paid for the 3 hr package. Renee, the cleaner, was late. Then I had to cue him to clean under very accessible things. Overall job was satisfactory. I didn't have my whole done. We tried them for the first time and were not so impressed. The communication was good but the overall cleaning wasn't so great. They changed our cleaner at the last minute and then were over a hour late. The cleaning was just ok. We specifically asked if the cleaned windows on the outside since we have four huge sliders and they said yes. To say the least we could have done them ourselves for the results we got. I will say they are hard to clean but shouldn't have offered if they didn't have the products to do them. I wanted my wood floors cleaned and shined and they looked exactly the same as they did before they came. Had to ask him to re do the fan in master. We had to go back and dust basic tables. I expected to come home to the smell of cleaning supplies but was underwhelmed by what we got. Will try someone else in the future. read more
